Enugu is a red and Dusty state with underdevelopment everywhere joor....... Stop trying to fool gullible people.
Only 20% of Enugu town is presentable.
The rest of the state looks like total crap, from Awgu bordering Umunneochi to Ette in the Igbo Eze LGA (Nsukka axis). Not to even mention Nkanu and those Ebonyi border areas ..... chisos.

Really you sound very pained. And it's you who needs to be knocked out of the delusion that any city in your region is as developed as Ib as a whole. And any part as fine as dugbe, Jericho or bodija at that.
But Ritchiee I thought there are no rusted roofs in that region. It blends more perfectly with their red earth though.

Comparing any of your states to Ibadan even with the part that has a lot of brown roof is tantamount to comparing Togo to RIO DE JANEIRO because of the part that is all slum.

I have seen all the pictures of the the best parts of SE and there is none that has aerial view worth writing home about.They are mostly residential houses kind of buildings..like envelopes... and I always laugh when I see them..lol

Comparing Ibadan to Enugu is like comparing Funke Akindele to Genevive Nnaji.
Enugu, Lagos, PH, Uyo, Calabar, Owerri.
These are leading Southern Nigeria cities for NOW.
I have been to Ibadan before so I know the city.
