Let me come in here and address this issue of holy grail.there is no holy grail out there in the first place.So we should stop looking for what does not exist out there.the only holy grail available now is "whatever works for you".So if you have what works for you then u have found your own holy grail then stick to it.Ogboraph should continue to improve on what he is using to increase the win ratio..all it needs is improvements,throw in MM etc and fine-tune other areas that cause crash of the account and the ogboraph would have his own holy grail.Even the naked chart is an indicator.

I will only be selling these pairs on a longer term, might last for 3-5 months, cue gotten from monthly charts, I will be adding to sell positions on 4hr/1hr charts, however, I might sell as well as counter trade for few pips on 1hr chart but my long-term target still remains bearish till I get a counter signal.

So, if ur system confirms SELL, U can follow chop ..

N.B: price might do the opposite and just rubbish my analyses..... be wise...

He is just having his recession, when he starts making it chances is that he might not come back to tell, but his post this day would leave a stigma that can't be erased.
If you are ready to trade and make money.
You need to chest out, raise head high and chin low because you will be making history soon enough.
But for this very day, find a mentor, rally around elites, read key books by people making it and watch videos, don't rely too soon on fancy indicators, you might lost your way as Tom did. The bitter truth is simplicity is what really wins in this forex world and karma is a bitvh.

Somehow I noticed I don't read your posts here but today I did and brother I must say that y said it all. Every line of your stamement is true. We all were once there and thank God for where we are headed now cos we refused to accept defeat. Personally, I almost quit this biz untill I met rozay at eket 2012. I saw that this forex is real cos he was the first trader I met love who us making it. Knowing when he started posting here and how he was eager to learn I told myself I TOO CAN. And today the rest is history.

USDCAD showing "mix-setups" here..
1.Its in a descending channel and at the same completing a double bottom or a"W"
Well i kept saying the best way to play a descending channel is go SHORT at the resistance of the channel,therefore price is fast approaching the resistance of the channel and looking at the stochastic; its in the favour of the BEARS.
2. There is a formation of double bottom or a "w" too at same time but before the rules of the double bottom can play then that means the BULLS have a huge dragon to slay ie the resistance of the descending channel.

NB: whichever way there is gonna be a perfect trade setup. So which side will you be ? with the BEARS or the BULLS ?

well, some of this trades had for more pips, but i chose to adhere to my principle,
because with this current state of USD/NGN in our country, i no go like gamble my pips,
After babysitting this trade from Yesterday (Monday) @6p till Today (Tuesday) @10am
My eyes come dey see different things, the candles came alive and started dancing on my screen,
i felt that was greed and ego kicking in, well for me not to tell stories that will have touch the heart, I closed all the trade Like a Boss

Tips for Today:
Instead of opening a full 1.0 lot size, try opening 5 positions @ 0.2 lot each, that way when one reaches a zone you could close some of the position and have some profits,
Well Mr Ogbo should have known that along time again. i felt i fell short of his own principle, but that's not for today.

Don't let the market trap you, but trap the market by using pending orders, that way in a ranging market you just relax and see if your trap would be catching any pips. PS. most of this trades be came alive by pending orders


Here's my trade for Monday and Tuesday,
From 4/4/16 - 4/5/16

AUD/USD -14, +52 = +38



EUR/GBP -10



GBP/USD +57, +88 = +145
Mr Ogbo got noting on me.



NZD/USD +53,



USD/CHF +13, +1 = +14



USD/JPY -12, +50 = +38



Total Pips: +278 pips

My daily target is at 200 pips,
Well I met that target and recovered completely from last week lose of -58 pips and still having some extra pips to spare
My Mentor was said to me,

The Differences is that I OgboRaph Combine all style of Trading together, i am a guy that do Scalping (jump), intra day trading , i swing, i hold positions for long, (Ant Man?) But i Look out for the Main Trend on Daily, weekly and Monthly chat and follow that trend. Then i do counter trend on lower time frames like 15Min chart and 30min knowing that the market must (i said must) retrace to 50% fibo after overbought or over sold (resistance 3 level or support 3 level) then i take advantage of it breakout of 15min to get some pips 30pips at list depending on my Chart targets. and same time i only take part profit following the Bigger time frame TRENDING DIRECTION and leaving small of the left part to run. i may place a TRADE on buy with 0.10lot and when it get to 50pips i will close only 0.05 leaving 0.05mo and as it get to 150pips i may take another 0.03 to run for weeks

so you call this Gambling? my oga please teach me more i am ready to learn oh honestly so that i can add it to my trading pattern but also take a look at my friday trading because of the upcoming NFP I did not trade mush.

that what happens when you don't properly back test and forward test trading systems.
he relied way too much on those damn fancy things, he lost the trader he became and became a mere user of indicator.

Sir I'm glad you got the point,
We saw red flags all over him and we did try to tell him, but he was slamming account balance back at our face.
Now the market slammed a false signal at him and he took the bait.

We might not be seeing him here for a long time, as GU deliberately activated all his buy stops and did a home run against his direction. you can't blame the market after all price is just traders taken decisions.

The only phenomenon i found constant in trading is human behavior, even that notion is held with cat's eye. They say the trend is your friend I also found it a lie. Depending on the time frame you are trading on you could observe a trend but could never 100% tell when it changes or begins to change. Therefore I believe trading is risk based business, determine it for yourself and set your limits never thinking you will win it all every time.
I could anticipate a trend change and start stalking that trend until it pays me or hits me. It is true that you determine what works best for you.

It has been said many times that MM and patience with your 60% paying strategy is technically the key. I agree having practiced it. Tenaciously using MM (according to your capital, exposure, risk) and a well back tested/observed indicator eg Stoch 14,3,3, EWO, MACD, etc could give one a relief and a way of trading. Trading is simple if you asked me.

I do ultimately agree with and use that old slang: buy at low prices and sell at high prices. It is still the koko of the business. How you know and track your low and high becomes your choice and makes the difference.

Not every trader has a trader's mind set. If you think the market (price) would always follow your plan then you need to restart. Trading is very interesting once you arrive at what works for you. The greatest problem is not being able to follow your fair researched plan through rough times and even good times.

Make a trading plan, check it/and or change it (demo), until you are very comfortable with it enough to start live.

Well, i have taken -27 pips on EURGBP....She heading NORTH i cant be on this train so she dropped me off and i accept it.. I will wait for her though

If I say forex is 70% gambling , some Monica beginning with S would come out to attack my post. .. Nobody wants to get associated with the word gambling but it is actually since most decisions we take results in a 50-50 probability ... if you are buying or selling from a level and not 100% sure if goes up or down then its a gamble.

Secondly, some people believe forex should be your second source of income while having a major source. But If you haven't gotten to the level of trading whereby you could confidently consider it as your main source of income then you arent yet a successful trader but an employer to your broker.
Therefore, anyone on this forum with a main job (while trading forex with one leg in and one leg out) isnt making money in forex but a noise maker.
