After the north, the Niger Deltans seem to be the most ruthless when it comes to value for human lives. This past election confirms it. I don't see the kind of ruthlessness in the east and west. I'm not just referring to this incident, i am looking at the whole attitude of the people in this region because like the north, it seems the average niger deltan is ready to kill at any slightest provocation. 2 Likes 1 Share |
