I just got off the phone with Chinedu of Baze 1 and he stated that all battery goods shipping via express cost $10/kg as against $8.5/kg while the #400 custom clearance remains static, this is as a result of the recent battery issues in Hong Kong.

Use normal shipping to reduce your cost.
I think its high time these agents starts using Payoneer etc
