i think depends on the nature of the program. Like if it is via scholarship or if it is personally funded. If the masters program is personally funded then i dont think u have any issue with nysc yet. But if it is via scholarship, then i think they MIGHT ask you to present your nysc discharge certificate. Just like the NDDC scholarship which was on front page few days ago made nysc cert one of the requirement for obtaining the scholarship.
