3. is it a must for one to use irrigation? I asked this because irrigation is costly. and also, do we need to use manure and fertilizer at the same time?

You can apply manure before planting as based dressing.

Applying after planting is simple for manure just make sure it's already cured the pour at the based at 1 feet away from the stem.

For fertiliser you also follow the above step with the right quantity based on your soil requirements.

1. The harvesting period/time depends on a lot of things. If you follow best agronomy practice (feeding, watering, pruning, desuckering and weeding you can get next harvest every 6 months.

If you intend using moringa for just perimeter fencing you might not need to. But if the purpose of the fencing is to stop intruders then you need to reinforce the moringa tree. You can also plant jatropha tree for your perimeter fencing just make sure you plant it as close as 3feets.
