Sleepless nights from 12 midnight till 4am
Then sleeping like a whale at work after eating.
Sleep gave me off during my 6th week.

I had sleepless nights throughout my first trimester! !! Once it's 1 am, no more sleep no matter how I tried! I begged Doctor for sleeping drugs tire ...him no gree give me cos the thing made me useless through out the day. I was just thanking God when I hit 13weeks. Now, I can sleep well except the heat problems.
I ran high temperature too through out first trimester even after I was treated of Malaria.

Start immediately especially as hubby is complaining. Ori is very safe and fine. Google info on stretch marks in pregnancy and give him to read so he knows it's not your fault. Kpele.

Nothing to reduce LO weight oo that he/ she has added already but you can help him not to add more by reducing your protein intake! Protein makes them put on lots of weight in 3rd trimester. Drink water before eating to help reduce the quantity of food You eat.
You can try natural ways of inducing labour such as frequent sex with DH like once everyday , eating not too ripe pawpaw and pineapples, taking long walks in the evening etc. I avoid recommending taking castor oil tho it's one of the ways cos anything may go wrong. Google some more.
P.S bear in mind that if your body is not prepared for the birth, they may not work for you.

Hmmmm, am presently battling with same issue o, in fact I'm so so so worried, went for scan at 20weeks, d baby is said to b breached, with a low lying placenta, though d doc said there is stil 100% chances for everything to turn normal, my second pregnancy , d first was very normal. I m trusting God for a turnaround . Ur testimony has given me so much hope.

Teamie there is still time for baby to turn. Don't worry too much. At this stage, baby does lots of sumersaults and kicking . So baby can turn as long as there is still space in the womb.

I only experienced this if I dont position her well when breast feeding( while lying down) or after feeding if I dont burp her and lay her straight away.
Did u go to a GH? You should get them registered there for no reason but to get a 2nd opinion.

Try this:
-Dont feed her to fullness at once, what is not full cannot spill over
- Keep her in a upright position after feeding. Even after she burps.
- Dont breastfeed her while lying down.

@tmama2 my son also brings out bm from his nose wen i just had him, so wat i did then was to leave him on the position i fed him for some minutes before trying to burp him. Hope this helps.

I feel pressure in my cerxix a lot for over four weeks now. I did not complain about it as I read it's normal and as a lay man, I think it's good, shows your baby is around the birth canal and would aid natural birth. #mythought.

My 150 liters of fuel is coming right up. I was diagnosed with fibroid and my gynecologist said its no problem. Mothers in the house should I be worried and how can I manage it as I heard it gets bigger with pregnancy.

Is it accompanied by itchiness?
Increased vaginal discharge with/without itchiness is a pregnancy symptom. A test need be done before you use antibiotics. If it is a Candida infection, Amoxicillin will do more harm than good.

u can use baby trabotan or rising powder it Works well
