I guess you guys were not notified on time. I wanted to subscribe for Glo data, then I saw the notification from the source below before I paused. I quickly continued managing my Mtn 150mb musicplus at N15 http://highteknology.com/2016/04/beware-glo-joins-data-zappers-league.html |

a lot of apps pull updates or refresh in the background, consuming data without you doing anything or knowing. one way to conserve data is set non essential apps to not update automatically and not to pull data or not to use cellular data, only Wifi. if you have 20 apps updating 50mB average, that's 1GB this might explain the problem especially if you have many apps on your phone. 1 Like |

Op I did their bb comonth subscription for N1500 and I didn't use it for even a day as it refused to work on my Android phone as their customer care agent said it doesn't work on any third party apps, only apps that came with the phone (bb phones). I angrily removed the SIM, broke and inserted my AIRTEL SIM, subscribed again and go on suffering their double charge. My dear all these network providers are criminals. 1 Like 1 Share |

Kizyte:Noticed same thing on my Q10, I had to check my settings for location, map, software auto download and apps auto downloads. They were all turned off!!! Airtel tried this last year and witnessed a mass migration, no matter how green my loyalty is, I will dump Glo if this happens to be one lousy fraud like Airtel. 1 Like |

If your glo de vanish so fast then try etisalat, u go comfess, I subscribed for the so publicised 1GB 1k, in my modem , I could not use it to open full facebook page, b4 they alarted me that my mb is remaining 10m. It's only in this part of the world that 1GB is equivalent to 100mb, yet NCC looks the otherway. |

Abudu2000: All the networks have been cheating us and they are still doing so. Do you know that they set and reset the speed of their data as they like. I agree with you, but we, Nigerians should go on strike against PHC for injustice and defrauding monthly. 1 Like 1 Share |
