For the twins? Their kicks and movements no be here oo. Not being easy these days with their turning. If you see the contours they give me in my tommy eeee. To the point my colleague who sit near me at work usually see the way they move and would say pele. atimes the turning is painful abeg. Thank God in all.

Can't walk again. When I do it feels like I carry heavy load. No more markets, house chores cos I can't carry myself again. I manage to go to work these days. Hubby has been shouting take your leave but it will be too early and dr has advised I wait till first week in may but how I go take do with the heaviness am feeling?

I started feeling sum strong contraction on march 15 but d midwife said it nt tym yet so, on march 28 around 5:30 in morning after d fajir prayer d contraction started again. at 1st i take it 4 a joke but i later realise dis is more dan serious my DH started suspecting me but i just av to pretend or else he wont go to work. i was waiting 4 my water to broke but 4 wie no water oo just a tick discharge lyk cartarh coming out continously but d pain is nt much to bear. so, around quater to 1:00 i went to d midwife house nd she check me again m 7cm already so she ask me to go bring our bag. by 2:30pm m fully dilated but she said i shud b praying dat my baby is big at 3:45pm my water broke nd i feel lyk peeing. lo nd behold it was my baby he came out weighing 4.1kg but i tank God dis tym tear tear no dey lyk d 1st one. may GOD help d pushing mamas too

Hubby used to bath me, but he would bath me, the hubby way of bathing and if I correct him, he would tell me to do it myself because I know too much. Since then I don't bother him, inless I am too tired or I really need his help.

Do mothers even rest after delivery? Vigilante is so real! What she needs to do is sleep as soon as baby sleeps off. She shouldn't use that opportunity to do house chores. She needs proper rest. Meanwhile I hope she is breastfeeding the right way. She should bring baby close to her and not lean forward towards baby. If done wrongly that's the no1 cause of body/back ache.

Teamie abeg nna Don't be counting this thing in days. I almost read 115months to go. It sounded like forever. I prefer months please or even weeks. At least hearing 3months 2weeks or even 4months to go sounds shorter. Before I will count 115, 114, 113 to 80,70 and 10days to go, I would have given up .
It's more encouraging for me to know I have 14weeks to go ! .

Your wife hasnt been getting enough rest and sleep hence the body aches. The lifting and carrying of baby also contributes. And bad posture when breastfeeding too.
with all the vigilante she does all night, she needs the day to get her sleep.
So whatever house chores she does in the day, please help her with it or get someone to.
Also she in the morning for like 3 days in a row, she should have a bath with warm to slightly hot water, massage her body with ori focus on the shoulders, neck,upper and lower back, eat, sleep right back( to do this, she must have cared for LO first). That morning sleep can cure many sickness o!
So NO chores, ENOUGH rest and sleep and a lil massage and she should be fine. ( if she already has a toddler running around, scrap all I said before and get a Dr to prescribe painkillers!)


When she is breastfeeding, her back should align with the back of the chair, her legs can be raised with a small stool, she puts the baby's head at the crook of her arm, with her palms supporting the baby's bombom, then she lifts him to her boob not bend to put boobs in his mouth. She doesnt need to bend her neck, she should relax.

@Zaynie, we are 4months 1week today o. But we started 2weeks ago. The things dey help me wella. She can ait unaided so I just put her there and my nephew presses the buttons for songs and watches her while I do some things. The thing is a lifesaver I swear!

She was induced more than enough but she didn't fall into labour.

Thank you ma. I did see a doctor, he prescribed Lonart, only for his colleague to come in and entered the talk and said Quinne, I have both drugs. Even Google search is kinda advocating for the two from the studies done. I am confused.

I suddenly started sweating even under fan. Next tin, itching started, felt like removing my gown sef. Was suspecting d gown cos I'm wearing it 4 time. I removed my necklace just 2 get releif, 4 where. Immediately I got home, had my bath n told DH 2 bath my back wit powder by still no relief. He helpd me scratch a little bt after a while, OYO was my case. Started feeling a little bit releived only 4 PHCN 2 do dia tin n d itching started again. Iv poured powder all ova o n even though dere is light now, I'm not feeling relieved o. I was now thinking if d TT injection has nytn 2 do wit it. I say make I ask. I don't like dis package @tall o. Sorry 4 my long epistle. Make I rub more powder.

Guess no one as experienced dis, d itching finally stooped on its own after It became unbearable n I prayed. Finally slept @ past 2am. Still don't know wat caused it cos I dint experience it wit my previous pregnancies. Team August una don dey take 1st dose of TT? It's well wit us all.
