100 by 100 plot of land in Okpanam goes for 2.5m-3m while a100 by 50 goes for 1.5m any price less than that is a scam. Except in exceptional cases where you see a desperate seller in need of cash.

It depends on d location.where a friend is currently living was bought for 5m. But there are places not fully developed that sell for far less. The guy said he has a 100 by 100 that he wants to sell half of it- 50 by 100. I can't remember if he said its 1.5m or 1m.
