Choose the option that favors customers as the one that most describe you, and choose the options that doesn't favor customers as the one that least describe you. Check page 96 upwards for more info. Best of luck.

It's a customer service job, so pick options that describe you as someone who is fit for the position. Like: your calm headed, listen to, and open to new ideas, compassionate about people, interested in people, relate easily with people, you can express yourself clearly.

The options that least describe you should be those that says: you like to dominate others, you do not like to be controlled, you would rather do things your own way. That's the gist.

It's a personality test. From the options given, you re meant to choose the one that best describes you and the one that least describes you. I bet you've written this type of test before. 15 minutes for 25 questions. Someone advised me to try and finish before the time elapses. I did.

Borrow money for t.fare and come..i think it's worth it,at least as a stepping stone. Unless u have a bigger job already waiting for u after NYSC.

Typing skills, call simulation and problem solving. Just relax when you get there. Don't rush when typing. If you do and make mistakes, your accuracy will be bad. And pay attention in the call simulation, it's very important.
