Lmao @ role players. Iggy is a very good player and a defensive juggernaut. Klay Thompson is a great shooter almost on Curry's level, a star, and one of the best wing defenders in the NBA and far superior to Curry defensively. Draymond Green is a star (not yet a superstar) - a triple double machine, the best hustler on the team and a defensive juggernaut that can defend at least four positions. Then you've Harrison Barnes and Shaun Livingston...then you can talk about role players. Harrison Barnes is a very good player on his day and I'd put him on Gordon Hayward's level. It seems you forget the fact that Shaun Livingston was meant to be a star in the NBA before his injury problems and he was a very good player with the Nets, even after his injury troubles. That's a great team right there and the deepest and most complete team in the NBA when they're healthy.

Apart from Kawhi and Aldrigde, most of the Spurs' players are past their prime, but they can still give you valuable minutes on rotation and the needed experience. This Warriors team is as deep as the Celtics team Larry Bird used to play on back in the day.

Klay Thompson is the wing defender that Curry will never be apart from being a great shooter as well. And he can post up anyone in the paint. Not as great as Curry cos of Curry's ball handling skills and ability to create his own shot. But slow down - that's the most complete team in the NBA. No one on that team is a scrub. Not even Ezeli. One superstar and at least two other stars. And a few a very good players.

That team without Curry would make the playoffs. When they weren't even that deep and Curry was dealing with ankle problems, under Mark Jackson, they made the playoffs. Now they're far deeper with a lot of very good players.
