I was supposed to take 1PT at 20weeks but my doctor said I should wait until my next appointment which is on the 12th of April ( would be 24weeks + 4days then). I want to know if its advisable or safe to take the IPT? Please mama should answer me. I have asked before but only cherrymum answered me. Thanks.

There is no 'too late time' only too early.
Your Dr waited cos it would be highly unlikely for MPs to be in your system.

I understand your pain. Sneezing in pregnancy is one thing i always dread, because the pain is not funny at all. I've never had catarrh and continuous sneezing though. Other mamas who have experienced it can help you out. Pele dear

I thank You for this miracle growing inside me, in the "secret place" of my womb. I thank you that You are giving this little baby to us as a gift, but also as a gift for the world. We can't wait to see another image of Yourself come forth into this world and the plans You have for this child.

We ask you, Father, in Jesus' name, to hedge our little baby about with Your mighty protection. Watch over this little one each day as You intricately create him/her in the hidden sanctuary of the womb. We ask for Your divine health and that you will sustain me in good health and vitality throughout this whole pregnancy.

Blocked nose and catarrh is my story and song.
The major reason I can't sleep
The reason I ran to see a doctor.

I was given vitamin c for d catarrh but vomited it.
MIL Who is a nurse said i should ditch d vitamin c n face robb.

So I boil water, puy robb in it, take a towel and cover my head over d bowl of water and try to breathe.

I do this as often as possible. Infact once I start sneezing, hubby gets d hot water and robb ready.
Once I put my head down, my nose is blocked.
I use two pillows some times.
Somedays I sleep seating up in d living room.
Lol
Its not funny but the robb and inhaler helped a lot.

Cold triggers mine so I sleep in d visitors room now n allow hubby freeze himself.
Even in dis room I cover my body cause we stay close to d sea and the breeze is something else.

Find ur trigger and work against it.
You would be fine.
If u can do d hot water n robb, please. do
Then if u can get inhaler. I leave my own all night sometimes.

Hello m'am if you av shea butter (ori) just rub on your nose it will clear the blocked nose.

Thanks Mitchy. It's really painful. When I want to sneeze I put my hand on my tummy like I'm telling them to please bear with me
Even after sneezing my mum would still shout 'ha! Careful o' like I'm d one doing myself

Yes sometimes. You might wanna go to the hospitals to run tests to eliminate malaria. (The test is very important)
Simple tip: when you feel the headache coming up, go and lie down in a your bedroom, draw the curtains to make the room dark. If you can get an ice pack,place it on ur forehead. Dump all electronics too. Have a nice rest and you will wake up very refreshed.( My Docs prescription)

This advice is tested and trusted. Its what worked for me the last time i had splitting headache

Thanks lovinam n mitchy il try that cos dis headache no b here. But work no go gree me lie down oo, and I always stare at the system, but il try take breaks at intervals when am in d office. Going to run tests too.
