Hope you don't just sit or lie down throughout the day, you can do light exercise like taking a walk in the morning or evening, taking hot/warm shower before bed ( it reliefs stress and body pain for me). Other sabi mamas will contribute.

My dr has booked me for cs tomorrow 13th being my edd reason being that am not dilated and my baby is not yet engaged note that I don't have any problem what so ever I am a ftm baby position is okay my pelvic is okay no BP no protein or gestational diabetes ohhhh and my baby is not in distress.i am so confused n down right now advice pls

It is well is all i can say for a start. That been said, your first worry should be how to work out things with your bf, what's his decision? Is he ready to take full paternal responsibility? Is he ready to do the needful before your baby is born? These are many more questions... And if his end is in the affirmative, you should go down on your kneels and beg your mum calm her down, sweet talk her and break the news to her and tell her your bf's decision and make her see reasons with you both. For your family waiting for eldest to get married first well, every child is diff and carry's diff destiny so none should be tied to the other IMO. What if the eldest doesnt get married till 40 so the rest will queue behind? For your place of work, your life...your business not theirs, they are not important. I AM NOT AN ADVOCATE OF ABORTION. Every child deserves a chance to life..

Is your baby big? He should have more reasons for that. And why didn't he suggest induction first? You may need to ask him more questions to know where exactly his judgement is coming from or you seek a second opinion. Am sure that is a private hospital.

I think it all lie in the hand of the father of your baby. He should take responsibility of the baby and meet your people and do the needful.
Do people still practice that elder sis bro getting married first hmmm.
If your boyfriend do the needful, you can keep your job or let it go . Your baby's life is more important than any other thing.
But if your boyfriend is not taking responsibility of the pregnancy, you have to go and beg your parents to forgive you cos you need all their support.
Someone on this thread have had similar experience but scaled through even without the boyfriend support and now is carrying her son.

Thankyou Mamas I am in tears right now, u all have said lovely things and I hope to be able to work it out. I was desperatly lookin for answers that's y I started a new topic now I don't even know how to delete it.
I want the baby because I believe its a gift to me, my bf said I can keep it if I want he is goin to support but won't be around, and so am goin to be left alone so I tot working will be good pending when I will be heavy, but the thought of pple seeing me add weight is my fear. I don't know how to also break the news to my mom. I feel like a disappointment as the last child and only one to get pregnant out of wedlock. I even tot of running away

My baby is not big ohhh she is 3kg as at yesterday scan ohhh no reason it's a private hospital outside Nigeria her only reason is that since my cervix has not dilated and baby has not engage ohhhh

She said she can't induce since I am not dilated at all that the induction will not work I guess at this point I might just have to change hospital

My Bs. was originally team April but baby came on easter Sunday 27 March at 11. 26am via VBAC. This is my 4th baby, the first 2 were delivered vaginally but the third was big and breech so I had to have a cs 2 years ago. At 1am I woke up suddenly with a painful contraction, used the loo but the pain didn't subside, checked my timer and contractions were between 5 to 7 minutes apart. Kept myself busy till 6am,woke DH and got to the hosp by 7.30am. Got checked, was 4cm dilated. Was pumped to flush my tummy because of poopoo by 8.30,lost my mucus and 9,water broke and 10,then the pain started. Abeg make una come see waist pain. Had baby by 11.26 without any tear weighing 3.65kg
