[quote author=LadyGuinivere post=44509350] Thank You. I agree with you a 100% . He shot himself in the leg. For no discernable reason. There is no point sugarcoating it or being politically correct. The poster goofed and now has to make his ways right. @poster if indeed you were misled then, the ist step to change is taking responsibility for your actions. Nobody put a gun to your head then. This is another chance to wipe your slate clean. You can check the birthing thread and and read somebody's transcript. She lied the ist time and was summoned for interview . The vo was impressed with her honesty and confession.... I will post that transcript to buttress my point[/quot e] thank you for the great response, this is the reason I actually came out to speak nothing but the truth and I am happy to see all the blunt truth from the great people here. once again,I say thank you and I would def give update on goings-on. I would like to read the transcript too please,it could help build a brother's faith the more.Merci. |

janeade: I really don't know much. But someone told me you can re-apply after 3 months. |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by LadyGuinivere: 1:14am On Apr 12, 2016 |
geojoe91:Yes. U reapply if your situation has changed. If not the person will still be refused. @Janeade I won't sugarcoat it. It serves you right. U know why? Because u have been reading tis thread yet u decided to 'be sharp' Now the consequence is that your credibility has been damaged. You have an additiional burden to prove that you are being honest plus to prove ties. If you had to lie, that means u felt u did not have sufficent ties. If you don't have ties, why are you applying? The only option available to you (so its not even an advice) is to wait for you to get ties. If you want wait for 1 year, 2 years , if nothing has changed in your life, sit it out. Then when you are reapplying, u admit that u tried to use fraud and misrepresentation to enter the US before. If you don't do that, the disparity in your details will show that and no well minded vo will give u a visa in such a situation. |

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by worry359(m): 6:51am On Apr 12, 2016 |
janeade:Your BIG, BIG problem now is that whatever lies that agent told are on your record for ever. YOU are held totally responsible for anything submitted. What was the reason given for your refusal (exact details are important) Was it only 212b? Any time you submit an application in the future this information will be there. Do not think of three months then telling the truth and blaming agent. The visa officer has heard that a thousand times and you will be rejected straight away. 2 Likes |

janeade: At we you still had a choice to remedy your form... Your agent has no blame in this matter. Blame yourself totally. IMO that's the first to helping yourself |

sheuk: The visa decision will be reached by the interviewing officer and not here. But the question for you is. How did your in-law became a permanent resident holder? Through marriage, family member or employment? |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by Beniyoha01(m): 10:03am On Apr 12, 2016 |
janeade: You already sat on the hot-plate before you saw the stool... Don't think of reapplying soon, you already misrepresented and you need to show and also prove to the consular that your life has changed and you truly regret your actions by using an agent. Don't ever try to use a lie to cover a lie (That's the Nigerian way). |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by LadyGuinivere: 10:17am On Apr 12, 2016 |
Beniyoha01:And the regret only emanated because she was refused and the fact that for every action is a resultant consequence became glaring. If I am the vo these are the issues I would consider before refusing her at least 3 times more.... 2 Likes |

janeade: You're close to getting a life ban. A misrepresentation that does not tend to influence the visa officer's decision is not considered “material, but in your own case it is "material". you answered "yes" to an obviously "No" question to deceive the officer about your marriage ties when in reality you are not married. Just continue!!!! You plan to go back in six months time. For what if I may ask? To back up your lies with more lies? Because I know the question will come up again. "Are you married?" and apparently you'll still answer "Yes" Stop wasting money in this harsh economy, save it for better things, reapply in three or five years time; fill your form and attend the oral interview truthfully. Have you been denied a US visa before? The answer should be yes and give details about your lies and the agent. You might be lucky to meet a magnanimous visa officer. In case the agent still wants you to take your lies to the UK embassy, tell him/her NO. The UK will verify your documents and the decision will be JUST 10 years ban. 1 Like |

Hello house, You guys are rendering great help on this page, I have a sister that has 3 children in the US and the 3 children have their Green Card (Legal Permanent Residence) they invited her and she was denied yesterday 11/04/'16, and she want to reapply because she want to celebrate her 3rd child's birthday coming up in May together with them in the States. My question now are: 1. Can any of these children invite her again? 2. She observed unpleasant reaction when she told the interviewer that the children are living with their uncle, now can she say the children are living with their father (her ex/divorced husband)? Please, your advice is highly appreciated. Thanks. |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by Beniyoha01(m): 11:27am On Apr 12, 2016 |
ddu: Whew! Nigerians sha... we always see the need to lie at any juncture. and you know what... The Vo's have trained how to decipher. She already lied, Now she wanna say the truth and by so doing she will get in some more lies across. Truth is, tell her to go chill for now. To the above bolded... do you really think the VO is that gullible and ignorant to believe that contraption? You can keep that in your mind while she goes to pay for another MRV. 1 Like |

Beniyoha01: Thanks Beniyoha01, After several questions about the children and well answered She said: VO: Are your children living alone She: No, with their uncle VO: Pardon? She: with their uncle VO : (returned her passport and a denied letter) NB: the children are still students Thanks 1 Like |

ddu: If she changes the story the visa officer will see immediately, everything is on record now forever. Straight away it will be seen as falsehood she will certainly be rejected again and most probably receive a ban. Do not not realise that everything is recorded? |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by worry359(m): 1:17pm On Apr 12, 2016 |
ddu: This gets deeper and darker! Do the children have a green card by birth? were they born in the USA? Or did they get a green card by being sponsored by their father? |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by Beniyoha01(m): 1:17pm On Apr 12, 2016 |
ddu: Apparently, this is how she made herself seem before the vo.... *The children eloped to stay with their uncle *The mother is planning to elope to join the kids She represented a flight risk and the vo cant waste more time in making that decision to deny her. I can bet she already earned herself a big question mark on her profile with the embassy and she'll have to considerably prove to the vo that she's genuine and harbor no illegal immigrant intent. 1 Like |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by worry359(m): 1:29pm On Apr 12, 2016 |
Beniyoha01: If the children have green card by being invited by American born father but now abandoned and living with "Uncle" their status could be in doubt. Plus risk of being accuse of child trafficking. Dark story, getting darker by the moment. Chance of getting a USA visa is less that the chance of a camel passing through the eye of a needle. 2 Likes |
