Agbalowomeri:

We have been shouting it since! It's either the Q3 result is fake or the management embezzle money. The pattern has been the same for almost 5 years

Dr.Agbalowomeri, how sustainable is the Afriprud ROE in the face of dwindling profitability of listed firms?

Dangote wants to expand his companies, he just goes ahead. Dangcem, Dangsugar, NASCON etc, all have had major expansions without shareholders facing the ceiling at night.
GTB/Zenith have not been having public offerings each year, yet, they give good dividends.

FCMB will be honest to tell you long in advance that you should be cautious on their stock, yet still give you 10k.
AFRIPRUD will not make noise, yet overwhelm you with dividend and on time, showing you that the profit made was real and it has it in hand. Same with UCAP.

NOW, A BANK will be in the market each year/declare HUGE PROFITS, cannot give out much in dividend/not on time too. Claim to be a tier 1 BANK. What did you do with retained earnings/ last funds raised?
do you grow you business by continuously asking shareholders to return their dividend and much more?

I am watching ...... undecided

I will not buy Zenith Bank for more than N8:00k

I am sitting here waiting for the day they will write down their oil & gas bad loans starting from AFREN that is currently in receivership.

Maybe they will be like Accessbank then

One of the primary responsibility of a receiver to a company is to settle debts owed by the company. AFREN shareholders are the ultimate losers. Creditors are given the priority before the owners of the company.

That's one secret that i have gotten to know about this market. Forget long term, there are many profit takers. I bought this same Skye at 0.91 and sold at 0.97, buying it again at this 0.90k wont be a bad idea to me....

Go and mark it somewhere "Time will come when UBA will trade below N1:50k and nobody will buy".
