@moneyallowed
I have really only seen the first season of Sherlock.
I basically see Dr strange same way I see the ankh dude from DC.
would a movie about Namor not make better sense? I could think of a few characters that I would like to see adapted and yeah, I know he ties into in the general plot.
I'll need a trailer to whet my appetite.

I don book my ticket for Civil War. 405 minutes...Well, The Hobbit Trilogy was 100 minutes longer, so I'll live.

Is this for real?
405 mins ~ over 6 hrs for a single movie seems too long, even with adverts and all.

It's all three CA films, CW will probably start by 00:05...this ain't my first triple bill.

http://mcuexchange.com/one-shot-looking-at-who-could-be-the-main-villain-of-doctor-strange/

This article addressed something that has been bothering me for a long time - we still don't know which villain "Hannibal" is playing. If you don't understand how unusual this is, remember every MCU movie so far, we've been able to know in advance who the villain will probably be; Loki, Red Skull, Ronan, Ultron....... So they're hiding something

What villain do you think is most likely. I personally think it'll be Dormammu. Also I wouldn't discount Mordo or Nicodemus West either, they may "hiding in plain sight"

Well well. People have been praying for this, I'm not one of them though cos I know next to nothing about these guys. All I know is they're like the dynamic duo of marvel, he's - Tyrone - Cloak and she - Tandy - is Dagger, duh.
He can you know, do cloaky things, like use the darkforce to "Cloak" himself, haha, swallow people and other weird stuff like that. Oh and he can teleport too, a useful skill when he's not eating people. So he's the bad cop of this duo.

She can do very daggery things as you may have guessed like stab people with light daggers, but don't ask me how, I don't know. She's also the good cop, cos she's light you see while he's dark, and they need each other and so on

So I'm not really looking forward to this but who knows? it might be nice in the end

The only Cloak & Dagger I know are from Anne Lesley Groell's book series, we've been waiting for book 4 for a long time - it's been 17 years since book 3, Jenifleur and Thibault, looks like we've lost you forever. cry. I wonder if we should blame George R. R. Martin - she's his editor & those books are huge...

She deserves a hug, since the man likes to write too much story, I can't imagine the level of frustration she experiences...

Anne: George, I really need to see the latest draft, the deadline is edging closer.
George: Anne, I've decided to add two extra viewpoints.
A: But, you've already added two extra viewpoints.
G: Yes, but it's crucial. It will only take at least 2000 extra pages & at least 6 months to make the outline and a year to perfect the plot...
A: cry cry cry

Early reviews/reactions for civil war: http://www.comicbookmovie.com/captain_america/captain_america_civil_war/the-first-reactions-to-captain-america-a137275

I usually don't trust early reactions cos of bad experiences with Fantastic Four but these are critics not fans and they seem to be balanced. So that's a good sign

The review embargo lifts on Wednesday, very early another good sign that Marvel are confident the film is very good so they know the critics will like it. So from Wednesday those of you that are interested in RT scores can check reviews
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by moneyallowed(m): 9:17am On Apr 10, 2016
To all those saying critics have a marvel bias, James Gunn dripped the mic on this topic. Could have said it better myself

Today is like Marvel news day! Don't know where to begin

Let's start with the good news. Jane aka Natalie Portman is not returning for Thor Ragnarok. Great news, the less of her the better! Creed star Tessa Thompson has been cast in Thor Ragnarok, question is who is she playing? Valkyrie? Enchantress? Monica Rambeau? Guess we'll find out

We all knew this was happening but it's been confirmed, the Guardians will be back for Infinity War.

Iron Fist just keeps adding cast members no one understands. Anybody familiar with the comic should please tell me what Faramir from LotR is doing there

Black Widow movie incoming according to Feige, no date set.

Defenders starts filming later this year, Iron Fist coming out early next year, Black Panther early next year filing too

Now for the bad news....... Inhumans has been shifted again. It's not coming out in 2019 anymore, in fact no one knows when it's coming out. Best case scenario, it gets shifted to Phase Four, worst case Inhumans is dead.

Approximately 24 hours to Doctor Strange trailer and Civil War reviews!

After all the groundwork they've been making for Inhumans in Agents of SHIELD...it's just silly that they keep postponing it. I was really looking forward to it. I don't trust them with a Black Widow film now, they had the chance to pull it off ages ago, but they cancelled it then, so why should I believe them now?

Maybe they need more groundwork, who knows? Honestly I feel I humans will be better off in Phase four, 2019 is so jam-packed anyway, when asked Feige said the reason for shifting was cos the release date was colliding with Indiana Jones, maybe he was being diplomatic buy it makes sense

My main concern for Inhumans is Kamala Khan. Since Captain Marvel comes out 2018 I'd always assumed Kamala would be the next film after Inhumans, cos she's too popular not to get her own movie. Now that it's being shifted, I just don't know. Fingers crossed

Personally I don't think we need a Black Widow movie. Hope that part isn't true.

Indiana Jones! For why? Are they rebooting it or is it a sequel? And is George Lucas helming it? George & Steven, let it go! We had a fantastic trilogy, a meh sequel & a not so bad tv series, we don't need more Indy, make like Elsa and let it go.

Honestly, I don't get it either. Hollywood is desperately trying to revive all the old dead franchises nobody wants instead of coming up with new ones. Indiana Jones, Ghost busters, Tarzan, King Kong, Godzilla, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Conan, Blade Runner , Independence day, Top gun.... I wasn't even born when some of these movies were released and now they want me to watch them by force with my parents, and I should tell you when your parents are hyped for a film it's not good. We even have two totally different Jungle book movies coming out, though I'm partial to Jungle book, we don't need to separate versions
Sometimes it works, like Mad Max and Jurassic World but sometimes it just plain sucks like Terminator and Dumb and Dumber to

A critic said the airport scene where the avengers clash is the best fight scene he has seen in any super hero movie. And my Spidey gets a combined screentime of 30 mins...Holland is already been hailed as a better Spiderman than Maguire and Garfield. Is it just me or is May 6 an awfully long time to wait?
