Please guys, the audio in my infinix hot note just suddenly went off. No sound whatsoever when I play music or receive notifications. I would have thought it's the speaker but it's not because it makes a buzzing sound when it vibrates.

What could have gone wrong? Is there anywhere I can get the sound back in the settings?

please how do i remove ghostpush virus from tecno h5? it keeps on downloading stupid apps n hanging..plus 3seconds interval advert popups ..av flashed d phone several times..buh d prob still persist...kindly need ur advice pls..God Bless

are u sure u flashed it?

I.e did u download a new firmware and plug Ur fone to a system to load d os or u just did a factory reset?

I need urgent help, from the gurus in the house.
I have a full backup of my Android phone, using TWRP Recovery. While installing a custom rom, I mistakenly formatted my sd card.

Although, I saved the backup on my pc, so there shouldn't be any cause for alarm. Now, after doing the restore, my phone is back to how it was before, but my SD card is missing somethings.

I know that the backup has files, from both internal and external memories, but why is the SD card not showing the complete files, it had before?

I hope I am clear enough, but if not, I can explain more,thanks.

it doesn't back up SD card bro

back up is for ROM and everything on it not attached hardwares like SD card

u still have many apps with heavy data on them

click on that symbol that is showing space full, it will take u to the apps that are very big, mine was my yahoomail, it had over 800mb , I just clicked on it n clicked on "clear data"

that would solve Ur probs

for advance steps, root Ur phone with king root then holla back

Help pls I did anti-theft on my infinix hotnote and I put another sim only for it to be asking for privacy password protection. I didn't put any password wen I did anti theft, pls wot can I do?

Hello Bjjbam, it means you had set Anti-theft function before. If you forget the PIN, yet you want to change a Sim, please try below 3 ways.
1. Pull out the new simcard and insert previous SIM card then cancel the anti-theft function, steps: setting----Security----Mobile anti-theft---cancel.
2. Fetch back your PIN via the emergency number when you set anti-theft function before (we usually choose phone number of relatives or friends). Ways as following: Insert the new SIM to your phone (ignoring that you can't operate the phone without PIN), send message #mima# to your phone via the emergency number. Then your emergency number can receive a message to reset PIN.
3. If you can't find your previous SIM and can't remember the emergency number (or the number is invalid), you can take your your phone to our Carlcare Service Center, our colleagues there will try to help you with your problem.

If you need us send you address and hotline of our service center, please let us know the country and city you are living in now. Thank you!

Hello Misscastle, for the problem you can try to restore factory settings, but remember to back up important files. If there is still problem, you can try to take your phone to our Carlcare Service Center and ask our colleagues there to check it for you. Thank you!

My infinix zero fell to the floor and has not come up ever since. Is there any chance I would be able to retrieve the data on it. Even when I charge it no indicating light comes on.

Pls i upgraded my hot note pro and na there trouble start. Suddenly it doesnt fast charge and connect to my system anymore and i was managing it. But two weeks ago an update came in which i thought was a solution to my problem but unfortunately as i flashed it, since then the phone has been stuck in recovery mode. As it is now my laptop is no longer recognizng my phone and i have tried all means to repair the phone. Any help would be highly appreciated.

please guys,I use a Samsung galaxy grand 2 and since I have it I have not being able to browse wit it because the network is slow. it does not display 3gnetwork. downloading takes for ever. I do not have BBM or whatsapp or any app. I use glo network.I have done everything I know that I can do.it is frustrating. pls I need help.thanks

u will need 5k to change ur charging port n flex

Can some pls help with this.. ...most of the pictures I snap I can't find them again. When i open d picture it shows no thumbnails especially when I use SD card as storage device but don't notice it when I use phone storage. Am using gionee m5mini

Sorry for replying late bro, you can free a considerate amount of space by disabling apps you don't use like YouTube, play store, and some pre-installed apps. Then I advice you get a file manager to check apps eating up space. I advice you use clean master or 360 security. ES Explorer is also a valuable substitute. Good luck, once again, I'm sorry.
