I have an idea which I know will be very cool if deployed but unless we have other means to talk, I will not like to talk about it on an open platform like this.

You can create something like WhatsApp using telegram API it is on github . Setup a foursquare account and the api and some other requirements . You just have to call if unofficial telegram . You can add more features if your want . You sdk should target api 22 .
