First of all, I want to apologise to the moderators and all nairalanders for insulting someone on this platform, I just resumed from my 1 week ban…lol…
Now here’s the gist, I’ve always wanted to go into fish farming, so 2 months ago I took that bold step in becoming what I’ve always dreamt of. After months of understudying fish behaviour and what it takes to become a successful fish farmer at a mentor and colleagues fish farm which is one of the most important things to do before starting up your own farm , I finally decided to start up my own and I must say it hasn’t been easy considering the fact that the land was totally water logged before I started the project but I am gradually getting there.
Below are the pictures of my progress.
They say knowledge is power, if anyone has any questions in regards to fish farming or what it takes to be a successful fish farmer, don’t hesitate to contact me…ill help for FREE. Email is abecon.engines@gmail.com.
i would have loved to post more pictures, i have an option of just 4 pics.
Can you please follow me back? I will like to exchange numbers privately. I intend going into the same project in June and may need your consultancy.

Nice, mizzyboy007. Wish you a successful forray into the business world.

But I once heard that catfish can burrow under the mud of the pond, thus hiding when it is time to harvest. Can you shed more light on that?

That's why the water is completely drained before harvesting. there is no way theybcan hide under the mud for too long. they need to breath.

The next step is to employ a security guard, arm him with an Ak-47 and give him an instruction to shoot on sight.

Catfish pepper soup is so delicious

We need more Nigerians to be enterprising and engage in self-empowerment projects like this. The days of endless search for white-collar jobs is truly and surely over.

Forgive me for being skeptical, but i think there's something fishy about this thread. You have not started your farm, you have not even constructed the pond; yet you are creating an avenue for people to ask you questions via Whatsapp. I am even doubting that the land in the picture you uploaded is yours, not to talk of it being a potential catfish farm; given the development level of that location. Well, what do i know sef.

P.S: I don't want to hear anyone crying of being duped on this thread oh, just like that Ibironke (Onions Woman's) thread. Thank you. lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

lol.... I've spent about 4 months learning everything there is to learn about fish behaviour and fish farming. all I wanna do is to share information. people spend a lot learning these things and I think its part of my contribution as an entrepreneur to share any information anyone needs for free. is it a wrong thing? if u need any assistance too, pls just ask...I'll be willing to help you out. cheers.
