NLanders please my mom got this infinix hot 2(x510) last December and since then it's been from one complain to another. U have to log in with Google account, no file manager, I downloaded ES file explorer so it can be easy to view her photos and change ringtone. Sometimes, she won't see any picture, sometimes SD card won't work and if u remove it some apps won't work. Currently the phone isn't ringing out, just vibrating and I've tried everything I can think of. Anyway, the thing now is I want to swap it for her and I need ideas on good Android phones that isn't more than 25k and not like this hot 2. Thanks.

We did o.. They just refreshed the phone, it acted normal for about a week before it started again.

NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE PHONE.. JUST NEEDS A PROPER SETTINGG

and you can still return it as long as you've ven it to roadside engineer. You just have to devote time

The memory card may not be compatible with the phone so I suggest you use d phone without the memory card for some days. most of these problems may actually not be from the phone.

Nothing is wrong with the phone, use es file xplorer to set ringtone, download quick pic to view pics. I sugest u update the phone and use a compatible sdcard.

The Note 2 I bought for my wife at Valentine is having similar issues. It's not as good as I thought. It freezes at times, blanks out and stalls for no reason, the list of issues is endless . . . and I am tired of her complaining to me about it. I am getting her another phone. Beware of these cheap crap phones.

Nothing is wrong with the phone, check ur settings....

reset the phone, and then never use sdcard with the phone. hot2 is better off without sdcard. and as for the vibration when ringing, just google "how to increase android ring volume"

Hi, 1st thing 1st, Hot2 is an android one phone which means it will not appear or behave like your regular android phone because there are some very peculiar characteristics associated with the Android operating system which it runs. The software is direct from Google and not edited or tweaked by the manufacturer. The software is built in a way that enables you to totally and fully customise your phone with apps that you want to avoid having some useless or hardly used applications on your phone. If you check most android phones, you will observe that many apps are never used, hence why the Hot2 came with very few and only essential apps. Also, apps from other android versions are hardly compatible with phone, hence apps flashared or sent using Xender may cause your device to misbehave. Make sure you only download your apps from google playstore.

well, I don't know if you have seen a fake infinix hot 2? because I just did sorry for not sharing the pics but there is a fake infinix hot 2 circulating in the mobile market.
My advice to any phone enthusiast is please buy from a known dealer. The fake hot 2 I saw yesterday has the jellybean-kitkat styled ui and OS, the charging port and the earphone port are close, it's a dual sim but the port one has a nano sim slot while the port 2 has the micro sim port.

I felt for my friend who got that phone.
