I don't think they will postpone it again since the batch A set will be passing out today.My worry is just the way persepective corp members will be treated in camp since there are issues with the budget.

As to your question; if he can not make it for stream1(dt's if given stream 1 at all),tell him not to worry as he will make it for stream 2. The only thing he will have to do when stream2 camp comes is to go reprint his CUL as it's going to bear a new date of resumption and state of deployment!

Also, as advised earlier, he can mail them but I doubt if the mail will be responded to on time.
