Hello guys, I started an application since 2014 but didn't complete it, do you deem it wise i continue with that application or start a different one using a different email address? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by worry359(m): 8:37pm On Apr 12, 2016 |
MechM: Start a new one but remember the old one will be on file no no changing facts or age in your story. 1 Like |

MechM: If it was the online application you did then when you login with that email address that old application would still be there. If it was NOT submitted you can delete it right there or simply edit any changes and continue. |

1. Hello house, kindly advice if the priority process of 150 pounds is inclusive of visa fee? why is it in pounds as against the standard 128 dollars for regular processing? 2. If applying as a group, do I need to make copies for all members of the group or 1 single set of documentation is sufficient? 3. Is there really a timeframe to wait before reapplying? we were refused based on wrong visa selection. |

Hi there, thanks for the good work. I am applying for a visit visa to the UK in May, 2016. I am working and would submit all documents in question including my financial status. My uncle will be the principal sponsor of my trip. He will as well provide me with all the relevant documentation of his for submission. The problem does lies in the host, our sister in the UK. She has stated in her invitation letter confirming my visit and the accommodation she had put in place for me. Does she needs to attach her financial records? She will be sponsoring only my accommodation and in this light, has attached her tenancy agreement. Does she still needs to send her bank statement though my uncle is catering for for my maintenance? Hope to hear from you soon. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by FrontPageLawyer(m): 11:15am On Apr 14, 2016 |
Olu34: If your sister is providing accommodation, she will need to send you her mortgage bill, utility bill, copy of her passport data page with clear evidence of her immigration status in the UK. Her bank statement is not really important since she's not proving feeding, flight and transportation within the UK, but she can still attach it. On your part, you provide your bank statement, and other documents to proof your strong ties to Nigeria, this may be letter from employer, marriage certificate etc. Having said the above, there is a red flag in your application. Can you defend or give reasons in your application why your uncle wants to sponsor you to the UK for leisure purpose if you as a gainfully employed person can afford the trip without going beggared? This is where the ECO will reach a decision whether to approve or deny your application. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by justwise(m): 11:28am On Apr 14, 2016 |
akeenade: 1. No, not included. 2. Every single applicant has to present his/her application and pay all the fees involved individually 3. No timeframe |

Thanks for the reply sir. I am about to pay for the visa fee but there is no priority option just standard, student, premium lounge and primetime. Is the primetime the same as priority? Or do I pay for Priority separately on tls site? justwise: |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Nobody: 2:26pm On Apr 14, 2016 |
akeenade: The option yo pay for priority is done at tls office when you go to submit. As soon as you get in and are directed to where you submit an official of tls would yell you about priority service. |

Hi Justwise, Lexusg Please I really need your advice. I'm on spouse visa. I wanna invite my mum for a few weeks. My hubby has a British passport but he isn't saving anything in this account. I've been saving in my account. I was told I could invite my mum using my payslips, bank statement, passport bio data page, visa page, my husbands British passport bio data and an invitation letter. Please is that possible? Thanks... waiting for your response. |

The site says payment is online by creditcard. or am I missing something? salsera: |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Nobody: 3:47pm On Apr 14, 2016 |
akeenade The payment is online by card you can do that at tls office. They have a system that applicants use right there to make the payment. I've seen it done at VI office. |

Hello house @justwise. I have been to UK 2011 while I was a student, but I want to apply by June. Am not currently working at the moment cos the company closed up. My question if am applying now what do I apply as? I can build my account before that time through family&friends Plz advice... |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by worry359(m): 6:46pm On Apr 14, 2016 |
Boblee: You are un-employed so no job ties to return home. You have no funds so again no ties to return home. You want to fill your account with money from sources with no records. YOU tell Us your chances? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Boblee: 6:54pm On Apr 14, 2016 |
worry359: Very slim I must confess. But what do I do? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by worry359(m): 7:27pm On Apr 14, 2016 |
Boblee: You are honest and accepted the situation, well done for that. Really you will have to wait a while and build up some funds and ties to home. You could apply soon but only if you can afford to loose the application fee. Have a good read of this section and you will learn a lot. 1 Like |
