Body type varies, I know a lot of people with their hubbies in diaspora and they had their babies with ease, No tear, No complications (Na the psalm wey I dey take console myself be this )
I know a few with constant sex and still ended with epi.
For me, I am on the watch out to control my baby's weight, we have a milestone I wouldn't want to exceed, (at least if I can not help the sanctuary, baby's weight shouldn't go overboard) I no fit shout.

My silent prayer everyday is "Dear God please make it easy for me"

Enkaydewdrop...i seconded mam goldenruby post my first preggy i had sex only 3tyms even though i had tears durin delivery...it heals within a week..i called mysef a married virgin cuz Am too tight down dia...pls dnt EVA FRET ova ur delivery,God wil perfect His works so relax mam..i had dis ur fear durin my first cuz i neva joined dis forum nd was even told dat first delivery r alwaz painful nd taks longer tym bt my labour ws 45mins nd nA my bed i deliva sef...u r lucky to av mamAs here so y d fear..dnt wori ur labor is goin to b 5mins sef

Enkaydewdrop, when the thing go happen u wont even be in control of urself. God has created it like that. I used to fear like u. Had sex last in June last yr. Had my baby in November and no single tear. Baby came out with just ONE SINGLE PUSH. I wont even call that a push sef. She most probably just slipped out sef. It will just happen. Oyibo people say you will have an irresistible urge to poo and it is very true.
Just be very prayerful. Command that day. Hand it over to God. Send the angels of God to go there before the D-day. Don't have any midwife or doctor in mind for that day, those people might not be the people God wants to use to elevate himself in your life. Use the blood of Jesus to sterilize every instrument and equipment that will be used that day. Command the elements both natural and artificial and the weather to cooperate with you that day.
