Computer based text (CBT)
Comprised of 3types;
1) Typing skils
2) Call simulation (listening to a conversation between an agent and customer and filling in the spaces with available informations provided)
3) Problem solving (Asked a question like migration of youths or economic diversification if is good or not with reasons... It's timed remember, no shorthand or slow typing)

The first stage is the typing test inwhich ve given a tip in my previous post.
The second stage has to do with listening and recording of a customer's information into ur pc.
The third stage has do with answering a personal question.so datz kinda left to u to tink and type ur answer within d stipulated time.

My own prob is the call simulations, i think i Bleep£d up. didn't do well in it at all. . had 40wpm n 95% accuracy and the problem solving. . i think i did very well too. . M still hoping sha
