• Benefit from Agro-Community alliance with career farmers and veterans where ideas and concepts that aid farming success are shared. Cross-transfer of skills and practices are a natural phenomenon.
• Virgin, very fertile lands, most of which has seen decades of inactivity.
• Availability of farm machinery at cheap and affordable prices.
• Benefit from technical, business advice cum consultancy from Hastom Global Services Limited. We offer free agro-advisory services for each of our low-cost products and judicious services.
• On standby is a management platform that consults on farm management. We could manage and oversee a farm plantation on a special arrangement mode, but, to also corroborate the absence of that modality, we offer farm management training at a very low and affordable cost for our clients’ preferred farm manager.
• Cheap labor readily available. Trained, dependable farm workers with excellent work ethic are on ground to work on your farm at cheap, bargain prices. They carry on them the seal of Hastom and those you can be rest assured will protect whatever is yours.
• Close proximity to three state capitals in Nigeria (Ibadan, Ilorin, and Oshogbo). That’s Oyo State, Kwara State, and Osun State. Wow! That simply means you have a lot of option concerning your farm produce. Oyo and Osun are gateways to the west, Lagos to be precise as the eventual commercial destination. Kwara is one of the main gateways to the north. You are indeed close to Kano, Kaduna…..
• Full legal protection. You get all the documents that authenticate your ownership. You wouldn’t have to worry over a court ruling or some land grabbers. Never. We work under the auspices of every right “rules” governing transfer and acquisition of landed properties.
• Community of peaceful people. The entire community is friendly and overwhelmingly welcoming. They wouldn’t cause a thing call trouble.
• Dispute free land. Once you acquire your land, you, and only you I repeat, is the sole owner of your land. No other person will ever shoot out and claim to have in his possession authentic documents of the land just as you had. It’s a situation we have never had to control because it never happened. And it’ll never.
• Cashew nut investors and dealers knows that Ogbomosho has the best land for cashew nut, and that cashew nuts from Ogbomosho are the best in quality, far beyond those from Kogi, Nassarawa, and other cashew growing states. So, if you love and consider cashew nuts investment, Ogbomosho remains the best place to sight your farm. We have the best land for Cashew.
• Accessibility by car, all kinds of car. The farmlands are directly situated abreast the main highway with a good road network. Inside the farm, the road networks are still much present. That’s leaves out the possibility of deterrents during the harvesting seasons when, perhaps, trucks and big vans might be needed not-too-far from the farm.
• There are the best climatic conditions supporting array of crops. Adequate proportion of rainfall, sunshine, precipitation, humidity, wind and other atmospheric conditions.

You don't have to be a farmer before you profit from farmlands.

How?

Buy a large expanse of land clear it if you can afford it (it is advisable) and lease it out for short time periods.

Rationale behind this is that more people will be willing to lease instead of buying and someone must be bold enough to meet their needs.

my concern has always been about the herdsmen and I have been taking my time to find a way of handling them before going ahead with my investment. Is it that you have found away to handle there menace because judging from one of your topics around October last year( I have difficulty posting the link) it isn't that they don't come to ogbomosho farms.

Here in Ogbomosho, private farm settlements like ours have firm agreement /understanding with the fulani herdsman and they dare not interfare.
The difficult ones are the bororos and for them too we have measures against them which I may not discuss here...

Above all, so far we have been enjoying a peaceful farming time here and it is not about to change.
