Please I want to ask, for the visa interview do I have to take original GRE & TOEFL scores from ETS and original transcripts from my school to the interview? What I have is a scanned copy of my scores & transcript evaluated by WES which I was thinking I would print out & take to the interview |

Holudarey01:Make sure after the decision, you personally email the grad coordinator that you want to be considered for GA position. If they don't offer you one, let me know. I can refer you to a department that can offer you tuition scholarship. First try the GA 2 Likes |

Hi guys, I got this $5,000 housing scholarship towards an on-campus apartment. It brings down my rent from $11k to $6k for the year. Shoould I accept it? Is it better than staying off campus? Meanwhile, the campus is in Baltimore. Do you guys think it's a good deal compared to an off campus housing rent in Baltimore? Thank you. |

Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 8 by purplesummer(f): 9:28pm On Apr 19, 2016 |
Fortissimo:Thanks a lot. I'm thinking though...if there's a huge difference in rent, it may be wiser to take the cheaper of the 2. However,I don't know the probable rent in Baltimore. |
Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 8 by Nobody: 9:35pm On Apr 19, 2016 |
purplesummer: For the difference to be huge then you'd need to find off campus housing that is less than $400 per month. Just carefully weigh your options sha and remember hidden costs like renters insurance (I think) and utilities and tfare to school and furniture etc. If you do choose off campus, be very careful about the neighbourhood. Lots of horror stories about baltimore. Congrats on your scholarship. |

Sup guys....my school requires a bacteria meningitis vaccination proof. They provided options in some hospitals in USA. Do I need to do it in nigeria? If so, must it be before the visa interview? Or can I just do it when I arrive yankee? |
