Good morning house. Please I've got a little issue with Morgan Capital: needed a hundred thousand naira to attend to some engagements so I sent them an email to withdraw the said amount from my MC account.
They sent an email later saying the transfer had been done and my MC account was debited immediately but it's been a week now and I've not seen the money (had to get from a friend), sent them four mails about the 'transfer' that didn't happen but nobody is replying; all their lines are unreachable as well.
This is not exactly what a customer wants to go through when hard-earned money is involved.

You know it's funny but I value good service rather than low charges any day any time. So I was supposed to move my portfolio to them but decided to watch a little more for complaints or compliments. So far I'm not impressed.

I have been impressed with them so far too. It is not unlikely that the glitch of early this week affected them. But they should have done better by communicating more with us.

Sir, base on what i hear (not verified), their result is not that impressive. And for the issue of dividend, Skye and FCMB sometimes work together when it comes to dividend issuance (kidding)
