HND/BSC Computer Science or any related discipline
1-2 years experience in customer support and administration of windows client systems
Very good command of English
Good Knowledge of networking and network devices (Routers and switches)
Good knowledge of Windows operating system (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, windows server 2003).
Knowledge of Opera or any other PMS will be an added advantage
Skills:
Ability to work unsupervised
Flexible and committed worker

Job Description:

• installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems

• repairing equipment and replacing parts
• obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• maintaining records of software licences
