Very shocking how a normal young and vibrant lady went insane earlier today in Jos. It was gathered that the lady whose name was not disclosed woke up sound and healthy on a Saturday morning 23rd April, 2016. It was time for work, she got prepared and set off. On her way to the office, she went insane.

No one ever believed what was happening to the young lady not until she started taking off her cloths, jumped into a dirty drainage and started bathing herself inside of it. After which she started chasing people around. This happened along Busa Buji Street here in Jos. It caused lots of hold up making it difficult for vehicles to drive pass the main road as it drew lots of scene. May God save us from mysterious things amen!

Her challenges took her across the threshold.

Nigerians and their wrong usage of words. She's not ma.d.

Consistent consultations with a psychiatrist would get her back to a normal and functional state.

Her ailment could be depression, schizophrenia, or other associated conditions. Rather than subject her to aimless or harmless displays, she should be helped and conveyed to a specialist hospital.

There is a reason we have thousands of Psychiatric doctors, psychologists, and dozens of behavioural scientists. They didn't go to school to eat akara and doughnuts. They were trained to treat people you all ignorantly call 'mad'. In fact, their duties aren't as complex as other medical practitioners.

I wish her quick recovery. BTW, people should learn to visit these experts. Do not mistake day light 'visions' with God's revelation. Sleeplessness should not be mistaken for stress, confusion and mind distortions should not be mistaken for stress. That lady might have been battling with series of strange thoughts, sleeplessness and stress. Little things like heartbreak or disappointments, if not managed well, could escalate into what we have in the photos.
