You got it bro, army investigation showed that he is innocent, meanwhile it was set-up..how could a soldier that know his "pass" has expired,went ahead and collect gun from amourd corp commander under the leadership of "kill and divid"" it took army 2months, he wasn't guilty as charge, they have no choice than to hand over to police bcs they went as far as taking civilian to court martial and he won them there.
