some mobile Carriers lock the Hotspot on their phones.... Just install a third party Mobile hotspot app and use it to activate the hotspot whenever you need it.... you may need to root your device to use the app..... or Just install a Custom ROM ✔

Google is your friend.... it's a HTC device so rooting shouldn't be much of an issue....Just search Google

Pls help...my itel it1403 dosent charge more than 3%. I gave it to a phone operator and he said the problem was the battery. I bought a new original battery but I still get d same problem. Any solution?

Pls buy a New phone
Itel phones are problematic
Obviously the problem is from the phone but to be sure, charge ur battery with a desktop charger for hours, then insert it into the phone then continue charging it without pressing it or better still switch the phone off and let it charge.
Let us know ur result after this

Root ur phone with kingroot then download nandroid backup from play store then back up ur rom

Its either tecno is sick or ur phone has an issue

What this mean is that it's SIM 2 that controls the band of both SIM cards, so when SIM 2 is in 3G since SIM one doesn't have 3G band , it's goes off
