*Pays outstanding N600 billion owed to fuel marketers in subsidy payments By Levinus Nwabughiogu ABUJA – As a way of cushioning the effect of poverty and hunger in the land, President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday directed the Minister of Agriculture, Chief Audu Ogbeh to release 10,000 tons of grains from the national strategic grains reserves for national distribution. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/04/hunger-buhari-orders-release-10000-tons-grains/ |

This APC Government is the most Hypocritical Government in History. They've released strategic grain reserve kept by GEJ's FG yet they say they inherited rot. GEJ never owed salaries and also left enough for the new Govt. to bail out States yet they say they inherited rot. Is it power supply or fuel supply, free & fair elections, infrastructure etc yet they say they inherited rot. I just hate this govt. 154 Likes 13 Shares |

Subsidy is a scam, according to dullardkpo yet he is reported to have paid the same thing he criticised. The food another person saved, he is eating without saving any. No plan for the future. 78 Likes 3 Shares |

you claimed you've paid for subsidy...yet the common man whose livelihood is hinged on availability of petrol will spend hours, wasting manpower in the filling stations fighting and queuing to get the product, yet you keep blaming the previous administration being the cause of your problem! #TakeResponsibility 19 Likes 1 Share |

They are silently depleting the grains reserves that were strategically built by the PDP. Hope they won't empty the whole thing only to come and tell us they met VIRTUALLY EMPTY grains reserves. Hope this man will replenish all he is taking from the grains reserves as quickly as possible. Tremendous work and planning went into saving those grains for the rainy day. Hope this man will not deplete the whole reserves without replenishing them during the next harvest, 33 Likes 2 Shares |

Jesusloveyou: Which Subsidy claims did this administration pay on December, 2015? You are the illiterate because the outstanding subsidy claims was N131 or 200 billion as at May 29, 2015. Excerpts: May 10, 2015 Punch reports that Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala says the government owes marketers N131 billion, however; the marketers insist that they are still being owed N200bn after last week’s payment of N154 billion. http://www.punchng.com/news/fg-marketers-disagree-on-outstanding-subsidy-debt/ FG pays oil marketers N407bn outstanding subsidy claims ON DECEMBER 10, 20151:00 AM ABUJA— Respite seems to be in sight for Nigerians over the unending fuel scarcity witnessed across the country, as the Federal Government, yesterday, said it has paid N407.077 billion to oil marketers for their outstanding subsidy claims. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/12/fg-pays-oil-marketers-n407bn-outstanding-subsidy-claims/ 22 Likes 2 Shares |

Amazing In Jonathan's government (2013) ....read below President Goodluck Jonathan has directed that over 25,000 metric tons of assorted food be released from the strategic grains reserves of the Federal Government to the three states under emergency rule. Under Jonathan's administration, he authorised that 25,000 metric tons of food which is equivalent to 930 trailer loads of food stuff which is over half a million bags of maize, millet and guinea corn. So where are the agricultural produce? http://www.informationng.com/2013/07/jonathan-sends-food-approves-n250m-for-residents-of-states-under-emergency-rule.html Jonathan sef 2 Likes 1 Share |
