Trutalk and it's a 0703 sim. It's not about the tariff or the number. I have 2 other sims that are also on Trutalk and are 0703 but yet are ineligible.
my sim was eligible, did for 100, it was deducted but couldn't used it to browse.

Are you serious? This is strange. That has never happened to me. I have been using it since the start of last week and such has never happened to me. Using it as I type this even. Doing some downloading now.

Nope. Did you get the confirmation SMS?

If you subscribe, they will send you a confirmation SMS telling you that you have been subscribed to the MTN 100 Naira unlimited plan with 100MB allocation.

As soon as you exhaust the 100MB, you will continue to browse still, but from time to time you will be getting flash messages that you have exceeded your fair usage blah blah blah, that further browsing until midnight will be at 68kbps. Although I must say that is balderdash as I still download at my usual 3MB/s even with that.

Finally, I think it is capped at 6.5GB. I have used it several times and I have noticed how it stops when it gets between 6.2 and 6.5GB.

Truth is: Those VPN's dont do shii about the speed throttling... All of em are still as slow as when yu dont use any..
