Aside the profit warning, there is no other information in the public domain. 2015 full year result is pending hence investors cautious approach to the stock.

I have similar issue but slightly differs from yours. In my case I have processed my signature specimen through my broker "Morgan Capital" and they have sent me the acknowledged copies from SEC and also confirm same been sent to the various registrars I have dividend with. This been done since March 23, till date I have not received any alert. I called up the registrars one by one only to find out they are yet to receive my specimen from SEC. Been calling, sending mails, SMS but no response from my broker.I don't know what to do now!

Sir, simply approach your broker(Morgan) for a share/stock transfer form, fill and submit same to your broker and approach the registrar after 10-14 working days.
Am sure by then the registrar must have gotten the signature specimen.
Your broker should be able to scan the form to you while you print out, fill and then submit the HARD COPY back to your broker.

Why not fill the various e dividend forms and take to your banker for signing and then submit to the various registrars. I think its faster and better to do. I filled my forms and my banker signed all in less than 10 minutes and I have submitted to the registrars

Do you understand the difference between the signature specimen form aka transfer form and the e-dividend form? Do you know the relationship that exists between them?

Bagco has returned money for the shares a long time ago.
Also flour mills is not handling that any more. You have to go to Meristem with your query.
i collected my money from them, some months back.

cheers

Thanks

Your signature specimen is a prerequisite to processing e-dividend i.e the registrars must have a specimen of your signature on their system before your e-dividend forms will be processed. In other words, if you like carry all the e-dividend forms of all the registrars inside an envelope to your bank to be stamped, the registrars will not process your e-dividend application for this reason. This is sometimes the reason why people come back here to complain they haven't received any alert (especially if the bank did the upload for them via e-DMMS)

What should you do?
*Complete transfer forms at your broker's for the intended registrars (should be free of charge but allow up to 2 or 3 weeks)
OR
*Obtain a banker's confirmation (BC) of signature addressed to each registrar (costs between N1,000 and N3,000 per registrar but faster)

*Process e-dividend forms once the signature capture is confirmed.

Note: Registrars accept BC and e-dividend form together but will only process the e-div when the BC is confirmed.

This issue was discussed extensively on page 1500. I hope no one will bring this issue up again. We've got to move on to other issues.
