Have u change ur USB cord? I changed mine twice before I got a working one, after changing it, I test it to see if it's charging fast, since it didn't charge fast I quickly remove it and return it and I was given another one, the third one was OK, that's what I'm using...


Sometimes this guy's will mix the good one with the bad ones just because they don't want to lose, if u don't test it well and u return it back the next day they won't take it from u, so u have to test it well if you're the one fixing it and if it's an engineer make sure he charge it in your presence so u can see how fast it charge before u pay.

Nothing happened to my charger,though you have to first confirm if your charger is faulty by testing with another good one.

You have no option than to get a new one if you confirm it's not the charger, and if you don't change it, your phone will take longer hours to get a full charge.

You can't Bro, change your port first before you flash, when changing mk sure you test the charging port to see if it's working fine and also the mouth piece cos they are together on the flex.

The last one I bought have mouth piece problem, i had to return it and collect another one.

Good afternoon, my hotnote takes up to 10hrs to fully charge with the original charger also if i switchwed the phone off and try to charge it all it will display is the charging symbol and it will be off again instead of it to start counting from 1%-100%. secondly after all the hours of charging it it does'nt last up to 4hrs. And also my screen ia broken. I would like to know if the battery, the screen, and the charging point(not sure if that is the reason it takes so long to charge) can be fixed at Carlcare if yes i will be happy if you can help list the total cost to know if it is worth repairing or not. The Carlcare around me here are always attending to a lot of people whenever i went there and i always have limited time cuz of my job and they never pick up too i guess the reason is cuz they are always busy.
