You can boost your CRS score to about 440, if you and your spouse have CLB10 in IELTS and you have 3 year work experience. In order to get higher score, you will need a postgraduate degree or PNP.

I have a bachelors degree and I was 29 when I applied yet my score was 367, with my wife and I writing IELTS and WES verified our first degree results; my IELTS result is Speaking-6.5 Writing-6.0 Listening-8.0 Reading-9.0 while she had an aggregate of 6.0.
Kindly advice on what I can do boost my score to add about 100 points.

Yes I live in Manitoba. Most professional jobs are regulated here and engineering is one of them. The requirements for obtaining license depends on the Province you eventually move. You will need to contact the professional body for information and then go from there.

Aim for L8.5 R8.0 W7.5 and S7.5 to get maximum points. Or atleast L8.0 R7.0 W7.0 and S7.0 to get reasonable points.

You need to write General Training. I don't think Academic is accepted.

WES and IQAS should evaluate ur degree well. Pls check IQAS' website and download their detailed assessment template for Nig. Check the comparability of ur degree in CA, also use WES' equivalency tool and choose the organization whose assessment is more favourable.

I dont know if online degrees count as schooling in Canada, but a friend in canada told me it is not acceptable.

On the other hand, your uncle needs to prove that no one in Canada has your skill/talent before you are given the LMIA. its not as easy as spelling LMIA itself. There is also no harm in trying. nothing ventured, nothing gained.

It's a bit cumbersome. Your PNP Nomination certificate should also carry your wife's name before it's sent to CIC. I would rather advice you do the marriage after submitting your docs for PR(after ITA), that way there won't be delay in your application. If you do it before ITA, CIC may want your spouse included in the nomination which will then mean you refer back to the province that your situation has changed and they then issue another certificate to include your wife and then forward it again to CIC. In all what you'll do, remember a PNP Nomination may not last more than 6months in validity

Note that an educational evaluation body has to evaluate your qualification first before it will be acceptable to CIC so, if a body like WES can evaluate it and state that it is accredited then, you are good to go.

Your uncle is in a better position to determine if he can get you an LMIA.
