I used to hear people talk about the law of karma but I never believed it until yesterday. I entered a bus going to Oshodi last week Thursday and didn't pay because the conductor forgot to ask. The conductor himself was a nuisance and I decided to use that to 'teach him a lesson '.

Fastforward to yesterday. I went to Victoria Island. On my way back, I entered a bus from Oshodi to my destination. My mind was telling me to enter BRT but impatience did not allow me listen.

For those of us living outside Lagos, BRT is the public system of transport owned by the Lagos state government.

I now entered commercial (danfo) and gave the conductor 1000naira. The funniest part is that I had the exact fare with me , 150naira but chose to be 'wise'. On getting to Ikeja along, we sighted task force officials. Those of us living in Lagos would understand. The driver was trying to outrun them. Meanwhile I had not collected my change . That was how they just parked a BRT bus across the road to stop any driver from running. They started seizing buses with passengers. They beat the driver mercilessly. By then the conductor had taken off with my 850naira change. In my mind , I was like, Chei!!! If not for the extra 150naira I had in my pocket that day, I dunno what I would had done.


My mind now went back to the previous week. I asked God for mercy immediately.


So, has karma ever caught up with anybody ? Kindly share your experience.

It doesn't exist. There are millions out there who have hurt alot of people such as Terrorists, Mean Politicians Stealing Citizen Money, Law Enforcers bullying innocent masses, rapists, robbers and more..

They are out there roaming the streets FREE! What did Karma Do about that?
