Full impairment was made...as in there was no consideration?

After the FBNH sold its bad debt to AMCON. AMCON became receiver for Seawolf and FBNH booked full impairment on seawolf investment. I don't think there should still be a basis for any consideration here. I stand to be corrected.

Sir, i think you had better prepare yourself for more than 100% price appreciation in some stocks rather than looking for mere kobo dividend (kidding). One Oga's had given you some heads-up in his post concerning one of them! Repricing of stocks around the corner grin

Apple's stock tumbled nearly 8 percent in early trading Wednesday as analysts expressed their disappointment with the tech giant's latest quarterly report.
The company's stock fall took out $46 billion from its market cap, but it still remains the largest company in that regard.

If FBNH sold its bad debt to AMCON, and it is assumed that it sold only the recoverable value or any value that is calculated based on a defined criteria, the it can only make a partial impairment loss for the residual value after deducting the amount paid for by AMCON from the original book value.
