Protesters Sleep On The Road To Demand Saraki's Resignation by Crystal70200: 4:22pm On Apr 27, 2016 |
Members of citizen united for peace and stability after keeping vigil in Abuja, the federal capital, staged a fresh protest on Wednesday, April 27. Photos obtained by NAIJ.com showed the protesters on the street, agitating over the non-passage of the now controversial 2016 budget and also demanded the resignation of the Senate president in Abuja. Some of the protesters slept on the road as some were seen taking refreshments after having stayed there overnight, with several others holding placards, insisting that the Senate president, Bukola Saraki, leaves the post. What we are demanding for Is good leadership and accountability. By this we need good leaders that will steer us to the right destination not someone like saraki that his hands is full of blood and corruption. We say no to fraud and deceit. He is just a parasite that is ready to destroy this country. 16 Likes |

they are just wasting their time if they expect saraki to resign, an African politician would rather die in office than resign from office. 8 Likes |

dejt4u: banme1: What of you that is always on the internet spewing hate all over the place, you get work? I'm not saying these youths here are not jobless but they've taken it upon themselves to risk their lives so that you and I can enjoy better representation by our greedy selfish and heartless reps who are hell bent on making sure that even the ones with jobs eventually become jobless sometime soon if care is not taken with the way they are playing politics with our budget and overall national development. I'd call them jobless heroes. 37 Likes 1 Share |
