This j8 is better and smarter than the note 2, canon c8 and m5 mini, m5 mini UI lags a lot, intact the boom J8 is better just that the screen is not responsive

Smarter than note2 with 2 gig ram also anyway let's not talk about ram but let's talk about performance and by that I mean graphic perfomanceperfomance. The j8 comes with a 720mp2 single core Mali gpu while the note2 comes with 720mp3 dual core mali gpu, the j8 powers the GPU with 4cores, while the infinix note2 powers it's own gpu with 8cores, so you tell me which is better. Try play the temple run frozen and set it with the highest display and tell us your experience. In summary the j8 is a music phone and to watch movies with its sound quality but in terms of games with high graphics the note 2 is a lot better

This is the right module for u to use-----xposed-v80-sdk22-arm64

Be careful not to brick your phone pls and make sure u have the Uninstaller incase anything goes wrong

CAMERA--- The camera is quite cool with outdoor pictures. As in very COOL.. But not too cool with indoor pics. Indoor pics are kinda blurred but I can pass with that cos it's not that bad and I ain't much of a selfie pic taker.

SCREEN - - - The screen seems not to respond when typing at times. It has occurred several times and it sucks. Cos it makes chatting boring to me now. But I'm trying to get used to it but personally trying to get it fixed though.

GAMES - - - The phone is s cool with games.. I've got fifa 14,15,16 MC5, UFC, candy crush, subway surfer..... That's all the fone can take cos .. You can't move apps to SD and thats affecting me badly...

BATTERY - - - - as stated it works like a 3000mah battery.... 6hrs does it for me with the battery.(watching movie, downloading, chatting n playing game) ... I'm much of a heavy user so my power bank never leaves my sight


All in all its a nice phone. The design is top notch... The only major issue is the screen and yes u can live with it. Cos I am living with it... So go grab ur copy

for normal apps, u can use titanium backup... for apps with obb eg games and some other app, u can use folder mount which will allow u to move the obb file to mmc . That's what I'm using

I was in 3 chub to pick up a phone for a friend today, I was there for over 30mins, not even a single person was at the gionee stand. You cant even start comparing how many people use gionee to those that use tecno. even itel has more users than gionee

All I care about is quality and durability in phones. Since I started using gionee there's has never been any regrets. And Gionee never compares to Tecno. Instead Tecno compares to iPhone, Samsung etc..
