Just try to keep that place fresh and dry
-Rinse when you wee, then pat dry with a towel ( always have it handy even when you leave the house.
-Let the panties go at night.
- Use pantyliners to avoid destroying your panties. Note that pantyliners arent pads and need to be changed regularly cos they dont absorb much fluids.

The good news is once you give birth, it disappears
The bad news is......it will come and go till you give birth.
I know....cos it showed me shege in both pregnancies.
Or you go radical like I did and use GentianViolet; GV: the purple stain. It was a lifesaver, only that I had to trash my panties after I gave birth,.cos they turned colour purple

Thanks for d tips, I always go pantless wen am home and I wipe with tissue wen I urinate outside and use water wen at home. I might try dat ur radical approach o.

Dear, i dont use those products except soap. The cream i used for dd was mixture of ori+coconut oil +olive oil +honey. I do the mixture my self and refrigerate, it solidifies, i whisk and it becomes so fluffy. She never had any issue with her skin for almost 18 months then she had diaper rashes. Tried so many things and i was told it cos i dont allow her bum to be aerated. Wen i started airing her bum by not wearing diaper all through again. It dissappeared. She is 2 yrs 2 months plus.

But for ds now, mil mixed cacatin + ori+baby tribotan. Its working well on him. Use Johnson soap for dd and cussons soap for ds. U cqn try any of this.

September mamas una plenty o. We shall celebrate with u all insha Allah.

Concerning this sleeping position, I sleep anyhow I find comfortable... Baby will be fine...I believe if I position comfortably, my body system will function comfortably too irrespective of position ..
However, instead of sleeping on the right alone, you can be switching positions. ..

Asked my mum and she knows nothing about sleeping on the left side? Too many rules these days .. Do people in the village, less privileged ettcc practice this sleeping on the left alone and them dey born more than 5

Sorry about your bad experience with Johnson products. Guess your baby skin reacts to the product, but that doesn't mean the product is bad atall. I used it for my 3kids and there was never a time we had complain. I just decided to do sebamed this time cos I heard so much about it on this thread. Note that there are so many fake johnsons in the market. You must buy from a reputable store. You may try sebamed to know if it will be good on him. Kpele

Sorry sis. Use balm to massage it regularly. Also exercise ur wrist as if you re ringing a bell. If you can buy this small exercise ball,hold it and press as many times as the pain allows. Or just make a fist and release as if you are pressing a ball. Do it as many times as you can. All iz well
