I never faked speaking in tongues.
I fact it came after I learnt how important it was for a christian.
the man of God that thought us was a very honest man, he did not force anyone. He only pleaded that we earnestly seek the gift of the spirit and prayed with us. That same day many started speaking when he prayed, but I could not. I just couldn't it was all strange to me. When ever I opened my mouth I felt like I was about to say rubbish to God.
About a month after this, I was praying at home. I always loved prayer walks because it helps me pray longer. So I was pacing about the back of our house (no one can see me there or distract me, there was a farm there). And asking God to help me so I can pray in spirit. I remember the words of that man of God saying we need to have faith and just speak as the spirit leads. So I opened my mouth and spoke. It was really really strange, but I started to flow.

I can still speak in tongues till date. In fact when ever I am stressed and I need solution, I pace about the house and speak in tongues. It helps me think better.

So this Lady claims to be a witch when she was a kid. Wow!!!
Now I can hear a witch tell me her story. Not all the rubbish illiterates tell us.
This lady was a friend that could tell you anything once you are her friend, she hardly keep secrets. If you drink garri with this girl, she can embarrass you when you go out and tell people, "Na garri we drink comot this morning o"
She had embarrassed us her friends soo many times like this.

I asked her
Me: why do you say you are a witch?
She: when I dey small, my grand ma used to take me to church and when ever they say people should come out for deliverance she always said I should go out. I no know why, but as the pastor dey pray, everybody go dey fall, and me sef dey fall.
Me: so you were falling cos everyone was falling?
She: No o. I just dey fall, me sef no know why I dey always fall.
Me: Always?
She: yes, na everytime dem pray for me I dey always fall. Me sef no know why.
Me: Ok. So what was it like to be a witch.
She: I no know o. I just know that my grandma used to say I had marine spirit then and she takes me to pastor and I always fall
To cut the long story short, this lady could not give a detailed account about her life as a witch even though till date she believes she was ones a member of the marine kingdom.

So how come other witches have a lot to say about the marine kingdom?
Well: Because they are lying and people actually want to believe their Stories.
Why? I have heard so many witches confessing, they are always saying trash. Eg a witch says they are the one making Versace brand of cloths. Versace? She said yes they are the ones making it and hair attachments. That is you look at the logo of versace that the image there is that of medusa whose hair are snakes.
So who is the ceo of versace? She does not know.
But once people hear such stories they are already shouting "jesus!" Without asking important questions. They just want to hear the sensational stories.

It is a delusion that is so real. To me it is like a type of madness where what's not real is so real to you. Where you have dreams and believe you are actually carrying those things out. Where you see people hurting themselves in their dreams. Living a double personality.

Witches are as real as masquerades. They exist but are they what they claim to be?

Life in school was like living a fantasy!
Now, Note I was not a regular christian, I had so many people looking up to me and the burden was not easy. So I had to have friends of like mind, friends that shared the burden with me. Friends I also shared their burden just as the bible encouraged us to bear each others burden.

Akindeko Moto park was our war zone. If I tell you how we prayed you may find it hard to believe. We could pray for 12 HOURS STRAIGHT NONE STOP. You don't believe me? Ask those who know Baba Ogundare or Pastor Charlse of Dream Center church a spiritual son of Pastor shola Areogun. Speaking in tongues made 99% of our prayers.

I had 3 friends I always prayed with. 2 of them were from deeper life and one from Love Domain. Now this is sort of contradictory. Love Domain don't take doctrines and laws as serious as deeper life members.
The deeper life brothers were only interested in soul winning, but the love domain brother was all about working of miracles and working in the supernatural. He hated our "morning cries".

I remember the day he said we should go to akindeko Mosque (don't know if the mosque is still there) and challenge them just the way elijah challenged the prophets of baal.
His proposal was for us to get a mad man and take to the mosque and ask them to cure the mad man, if they can't then we will cure the man and they will know we serve the true God.

I recall how we kept quiet that midnight (about 3am) only 4 of use in the dark at akindeko Park. Listening for the Holy Spirit to direct us to go ahead or withdraw from this suicide mission.

We have had CLASHES with the moslims at this mosque because we were very STUBBORN AND RADICAL. We were always disturbing them with our preachings. They almost stabbed one of us at a time.

There was this guy, Alfa Christopher (real name) and Alfa Civil (real nick name) who were are arch enemies then. Alfa civil was very popular in the whole engineering school.

Reading about your christian life.. I do have my reservations.. if you like go under sea to preach or sky go preach... it does not mean you know God more than the woman in her village.. 12 hours prayer non stop? for wetin naa? Clash with muslims.. radical... stubborn... you obviously did not know God... no be by prayer length baba.. my prayer short pass anything but works. 12 hours prayer... abeg wetin you dey talk sef... fast like half of a year... ogbeni your own christianity na suffer head.

I don't think any atheist claims ultimate knowledge, we keep learning everyday, and if you can prove to me beyond reasonable doubt that God exists and the supernatural exists, I most certainly would be religious tonight

Before I leave, I want to correct something, for the record. Anybody you know, that is a 'Chriatian' as a result of fear, really doesn't know Christ (I wouldn't be surprised if we dig deeper and realised you have your life in the first place out of fear).

I love giving examples, so here goes one. When you were born, were you afraid of your parents? no. When you started growing up and getting to different levels of responsibilities, did you realise some of your actions were punishable- Yes. Did you try not to do those actions- Yes. Did you still do them- Yes. Did you get forgiven- Yes. Did you become so afraid of your parents it led you to 'do the right thing'-this happened to some people and it did hamper their relationship with their parents!

My point is this, Christianity is born on the foundations of love not fear. Don't mislead the general public.

CURIORITY and DARING TO QUESTION GOD

The christian God is regarded as a FATHER NOT a SLAVE MASTER.
I took God as my father. I discuss anything and everything with him. He was a friend I loved so much. We had a one on one relationship.
This meant I could ask God any question
I am a practical person, I don't just hear the word, I do the word.
People in the bible had chats with God and He is my father and friend so why should I not ask God questions and why should he not answer?
So ask God sincere questions

1. My Number one problem: We are to preach to all nations and make sure people don't perish
I and many christians I know were trying our absolute best to depopulate hell as fast as possible. To make sure people don't just hear the word BUT they actually get saved.
Someone asked why I pray for at least 12hours. It was because of the burden I carried. The burden of soul winning. It was terrifying that many were going to end up in hell and burn forever! if you are a christian and you believe people will end up in hell and you don't preach and try to win souls everyday YOU ARE WORSE THAN BOKO HARAM. FACT!
How can you have peace of mind and sleep at night knowing you hold the secret to eternal life in your hands and you are comfortable? How dear you buy luxuries when you can put that money into soul winning? How can you be asking God for more money, when you should pick up your bag and preach. How can you be asking God to pick up your call so you too can drive Range Rover?
It started becoming apparent that even God was a wicked God. Why?

-so he is all loving, loves humanity more than any man could ever love another man. More than an earthly father would love his son. YET God would let people perish in hell for even telling a lie no matter why you tell the lie or how small it is?


- so the best a God can do is to send humans to preach His word?

Oh wait! Seems you don't understand Jesus died in Jerusalem for the sins of the WHOLE world and If anyone dies without christ he was going to end in Hell. Wait! Do you know how many People would have died in Africa, South America, Australia, China, India, europe, before the Gospel reached them? Do you know how many people die per day?

So all these people will go to hell? The clever answer will be NO, the won't go to hell because they did not know. Oh! So if they won't go to hell because they were ignorant, why preach the gospel to them and make them informed and now if they die with the tiniest of sin without christ they end in hell. Why not leave them ignorant so their souls can be saved based on their ignorance.

How long did it take for the gospel of christ to reach the whole world? Is god truely the God of the whole world or of Jews?

It did not just add up.
This whole gospel thing started to crumble the more I thought of it.

That is just a tip of the questions I began to ask God. Of course he had no answer. The same God that reveals other peoples issues to me could not answer this.
