Spy360: It is not a joke, I watched him closely yesterday and he performed brilliantly, he was everywhere, there was one time were he dribbled his way past two or three players and another time were he had to run a long distance to recover the ball from that city player, I don't think anybody made more direct passes than rooney yesterday, he made sure his passes found his teammates Overall, it was a good performance from rooney yesterday I don't know why mata was on the bench yesterday, i'd rather have him on the right wing than that idiotic mothherphucker called lingard who irritates the sh.it outta me |

Kagawa10:Your brain is really komkom & your eyeballs just completed your creation. Go & ask refunds for every dime spent on your education. I'm still looking for ingenuity in this man's career. We have been hearing he killed it in France yet all I see is 2 goals & 5 assists playing CM in over 3000minutes of action. My friend goan play with sain sain 1 Like

Spy360:Because Mata is even more useless than Rooney! |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by elampiro(m): 12:33pm On May 02, 2016 |
Kagawa10: See the ball recovery stat here. Rooney also passed to Rashford and Fellaini who played directly in front of him. But you should know it is hard to penetrate Leicester directly. Rooney passed more through the middle in previous matches, but here Rashford was up against Morgan and those guys who are expert at protecting front of their box. Our goal came from the wing, we could have scored one more from the wing in the first half. As for Rooney's heatmap, put that pitch in there parts and you would know that Rooney played more in the middle of the park. Carrick position also looked advanced because we pressed high on the pitch. Carrick and Rooney operated almost in same zone. If you knew the role Rooney played, you wouldn't complain a bit.

Fellaini and Lingard were always not anticipating penetrating ground passes from the other players. Martial and Rashford made some good passes in the final third, but lack of anticipation meant Fellaini would be moving a step to the wrong direction. Lingard was also guilty of lack of concentration and proper anticipation in both passing and receiving a pass in the final third. |

Bro walai, you be legend for this section or maybe the entire NL. Your legendary status can never be overemphasised as you have proven times without number that you are the dullest, most unintelligent, brainless, clueless, smart-less, and the most 'olodo' Anywayz, make una make City enter Champions League jare. E go better for them pass Manure. Manure na useless club na. Them get luck say Vardy no dey for yesterday game, else... Spy360: |

SailorXY:Lol! It is a shame that you are comparing a CM assists stats to the no 10 role where Herrera played in his last stint at Bilbao. How about you tell us our Ginger master, Paul Scholes assists stat as a CM? This doesn't suggest Kante is as good as Scholes. That said, in yesterday match, Kante made 24 passes with 84% passing accuracy. He also made 2 accurate crosses and 1 accurate long passes out of his 2 long passes. Herrera on the other hand in his time on the pitch had 72% passing accuracy for his 18 passes made. Made one long passes which was inaccurate. The funny thing is Kante plays for a counter attacking team but still had more % passing accuracy inspite of his constant ambitious passes as opposed to Herrera sideways passes in a possession based team. Can you see the difference? Tht's not to even mention Kante's defensive contribution in his team. I repeat Herrera can't tie Kante shoe lace! |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by SailorXY: 4:45pm On May 02, 2016 |
Kagawa10:Herrera plays three positions in midfield DM AM CMF, Kante is almost always stationed in CM. All these your phantom claims don't hold water. If asked to prove Herrera played only as AM in Spain, you'll be unable to. You are trying to narrow it down to yesterday's game? 15' vs 94'? See your life? Herrera has 15 apps in the league this season, 9 as subs with better pass accuracy while Kante has been in all Leicester games save 1 or 2. Herrera averages 0.8 shot per game as against 0.5 for N'Golo. Oga how are you so certain that Kante will offer more for United attack-wise when his best output is yet to match Herrera's in their respective careers despite having gazillion minutes under his belt? 1 Like |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Kagawa10: 5:12pm On May 02, 2016 |
SailorXY:Lol! Herrera only played 5 games as a holding midfielder and he was pathetic. Moreso, DM is subjective by the way because box-box Midfielder like Vidal, Ramires etc are also defensive midfielders. Kante on the other hand is an all-rounder box-box midfielder! I need to also mention that Herreara was shit as no 10 for Bilabo in his last stint there. |

dopeJemi:I will buy your opinion. I remember I saw Rooney foul a City player near the box when they were on the counter, though the ref didn't see it but Rooney actually saved the day. |

dmcdad:You know say you be Area Mumu. Your stupidity don form landmark for NL infact we could use them for reference purposes. By the way, I'd rather have Manure in the UCL than City cos I didn't like the way they treated Pellegrini, and also I want Pep to start from scratch ie from a non CL position. Knowing that with CL he could spend £400million on players, the guy like to spend. He is second to Jose when it comes to buying. |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Spy360(m): 5:30pm On May 02, 2016 |
Permutations If Arsenal beat City, Manure and West Ham would have a chance of ursurping them on 4th place if they win their 2 games in hand. The cracker would be Manure's game vs West Ham. Soooo spicy. But Wenger try sha keep us within 3rd place. |

Kagawa10:all round box-box with 4 assists in nearly 3000 minutes yet his team will be crowned champions. Oga go sidon for dotii! |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Hissexcellencie(m): 6:37pm On May 02, 2016 |
Kagawa10:Which one be all rounder box-to-box midfielder? Just call him a box-to-box midfielder once a BBM. You're expected to be an all rounder. Its repetition. Again saying Herrera was shit in Bilbao is a supreme insult. I don't think you followed Bilbao matches then but Herrera was great for them. I still think he is good, but form, lack of playing time, and positional stability have contributed to his below par performances. I also think having a lot of players for that #10 role has meant some guys sometimes have to play elsewhere. My proposition would be to make Rooney a CM. Fellaini to be shipped on, Herrera/Mata to fight for the #10 then buy a RW and a CF, CB. Let each man know their position & not be RW today DM 2mao. Of course injury permitting tho' NCOs most of our problems were a result of injuries. |

Lol! Herrera was poo in his last season at Bilbao but whoscored rated him as their best player even above Bilbao`s highest goal scorer and assister, Aduriz and Susaeta respectively. A clown will always be a clown no matter what. 1 Like |

Hissexcellencie:For me o, Rooney should go & fight for his place as a CF. if he can't displace Rashford bros make he go bench. There's no reason Schneiderlin, Carrick, Bastian, Herrera, Perreira, Blind, Fellaini all proper midfielders will be here & some will have to sit out for Rooney. It's not proper as far as I'm concerned. Forget all these talk of conversions, we should buy if the players we have in midfield are not up to scratch. We condone mediocrity too much these days, & to top it off an average manager. 1 Like |

tess1:Only eediots still depends on whoscored rating who rated Rojo higher than Martial in the westham Fa cup. It's no coincidence that Susaeta and Aduritz got capped for spain whereas Herrera didn't even get a sniff. Such a shite player! |
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Kagawa10: 7:54pm On May 02, 2016 |
Hissexcellencie:Lol! A player who hasn't got capped when majority of his. Bilbao teammate had no difficulty being capped! Do you know why he was never capped? Because his style was often likened to an english style which is about running more than substance. Kante is an all-rounder in the sense that he's both offensive and defensive box-box midfielder. He showed that against us for crying out loud yet eediots are still busying arguing who's better between him and that useless donkey of Herrera. Yeye. |

Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Kagawa10: 8:10pm On May 02, 2016 |
The annoying part is everyone kept signing the elegant creative Spanish players like Silva, Thiago, Cazorla but all we could get for ourselves is a sluggish second striker, albeit elegant in Mata and a donkey in Herrera. What a catastrophe! |

Kagawa10: Exactly what i was expecting from you. When your clownish talk is busted, you resort to calling people "eediots" "yeye". This has become your regular trademark. You should learn to keep your childish talk away whenever you come online. I shouldn`t depend on whoscored that tracks every contribution made by every player on the field of play. So i should depend on you who saw nothing good in what herrera did when he came on against Everton despite him winning the free kick that started the goal and making an asisst but you who kept on defending Lingard despite his rubbish play yesterday with statements like "the only thing lacking with Lingard is the end product" "had a hand in our goal, his pace &link up play...." "Lingard isn`t a coward, at least he`s still showing up for the ball despite his limited skills". All these mediocre escuses for a player that was running all over like a headless chicken. |

Congrats to Leicester! Incredible achievement. Very well deserved. Goes to show, there are no excuses. None of this, no money for transfers, wages etc. Just good coaching, right attitude and belief. At the end of the day, everyone can put 11 players on the pitch at anyone time. So shame on, Man utd,City, Chelsea,Arsenal, Liverpool etc. So called big boys who spent all that money to have all the advantages and werent even close to it. 5 Likes |
