Yea...but most of their BSc Officers I know don't have any rank on their shoulders while some have very big ranks. I kinda don't know how Peace Corps do their ish as regards rankings.

NSCDC 2016 recruitment is still very much in the wings.

You will get P/O (principal officer) rank. After approval you must put on your rank on your shoulder.

Aite, lotsa tnx bro. Sorry, one more question pls, who is an NPC Principal Officer, is it all their pre establishment staff, if yes, why do I see some people with ranks similar to NIS, NCS, NSCDC etc on their shoulders? I suppose NASS is yet to approve it so how come those guys have those big big ranks. Just asking. Possible answers please.

Every paramilitary has its ranking structure whether approved or not. Those in high rankings have been in the organization over long time and promoted. Concerning the duties of each ranked officer, there will be job specification after approval hopefully few weeks to this time.

Aite, I just got my FM14 now and I've photocopied all my credentials plus Medical report now awaiting my signing by commisioner of oath before I submit and await to be called for training.


NSCDC or NPC, any wey God say make I enter, na this year I go enter by his grace.

While you wait for NSCDC supplementary/recruitment, don't u think it's worthwhile and safe to get the recruitment form of Nigeria Peace Corps?
From all indications, they'll get the backing of the FG very soon and be better off for it. Methinks it's better I do so while I wait for the NSCDC recruitment hence I've got my form. Thought I should share this here as this might be of help to whoever cares to try. GOODMORNING!!!
