Does it make sense to you that they should make a double debit? It must be an error.
They should make a reversal. If they do not, you have reach out to them.

Because i was given Fajuyi Hall (Annex), Block J, Ground Floor, Room ***, Bed No 5 (Upper Bunk)

(I dont wanna reveal my room number ***)

Faj is better, because it's a bit neater and it's close to academics. It actually looks like a hall of residence, unlike Angola. A fresher would enjoy Angola because almost everyone there is a fresher but that's about it.
