Good day gurus in the house; I have a serious problem with my gionee p4.
It has been misbehaving lately so I thought maybe it has been affected by a virus, and so I decided to restore to factory settings.
However after rebooting, it has been working well at all; the launcher is no longer working; notifications no loner showing; WIFI goes on by itself even after switching it off....
Please please please, what can I do to solve this problem urgently?

If u r not on call and those areas press well, then back up the phone and. factory reset , if symptoms persist, flash the phone
