Jetskis are hired in holiday resorts just for the fun of the ride. The fun is in handling the machine by yourself.

Jet skis are extremely easy to handle and all you need is just a 5 Minute instruction even when it's your first time. No pilot nor driver needed as long as you're above 18 Years Old.

I pray for the young man's speedy recovery!

I know jetski's are hired at holiday resorts, because I have been on jetski's many times than I can remember.
But jetski parks, also offer training and piloting services, for people like ketchup (abi nah bbq sauce), that decides to topple himself on a jetski!!!!
NB: The fun in handle the jetski himself, is what made him an accident and emergency patient.
Because people don't know how to ride a bike, does not make them any less a human being. Not been able to pilot a jetski independently after an hour lesson, does not make you a lesser human being!!!
