Overtime, i have come to the understanding that as a person that i would excel in the pursuance or career in women rights/laws. Few weeks back when the senate refused to consider the gender equality bill, my mind has been on it for quite a while now, so i came up with this article:
For us to attain the heights of gender equality, a lot has to happen first within our minds and the women folks psychological and sociological thinking, such happening that must take place includes the following, these points are not exclusive, it is just my own view, they are:

1. Education should mean same for both genders: While men pass through school to get a job to keep up, women must also start thinking in that line, and not use the certificate they get as a gateway to jump into a mans house without haven earned a penny.

2. Social media use equality: While i as man, am not scared of uploading pictures of girls on my fb wall and any other social media, i do not see why girls would be scared of doing the same, thus trying toi maintain some kind of pretentious decency, every relationship is 50-50, so our women folks must not be scared of uploading pictures of their male friends.

3. Monetary responsibility: The more women think it is the duty of a man to give her money while she stays at home and sleep with the hope and believe that it is the duty of a man to provide, of course, every responsible Man knows it is His duty, our women folks must also try to take some responsibility.

4. Intimacy Initiation: This point may look somewhat awkward, but why can't an African woman be bold to tell his man, please come to my house now, i wanna do it. Men and women alike in our settings feel it is the duty of the former to initiate it. Why can't "lady F" and "Introvert" boldly tell men that they love them....is it a crime?

5. Home duties/raring of children: Having a home is something great when one is ready, but the point now is why would a man go out to work everyday and leave the woman at home to not develop, the woman just basically stays at home to rare children. That's not fair to me. There shoulod be a plan in place so that, while i progress, you progress..... You know naija men naa, na them go still insult you for asking for #70 to buy lux to bath your baby....

Whatever i have written here, i don't know.....it was suppose to be food for thought.

good evening,

gracias.
