As long as you haven't tampered with the seal yet ( I mean loose your phone) then they will attend to your ...** you might be charged though

Good morning, I have an infinix hot note that was attacked by a virus. I took it to Carlcare and it ws repaired and upgraded to a lollipop. But ever since this upgrade, the only network that works on it has been glo. I use *#06# to check imei, it keeps showing invalid.

One week!! That is 7 Days aka 168 hours without my device. But em I wouldn't mind if the phone returns hale and hearty and functioning as a new baby. Are you certain they would fix it? Thanks so much.

So I took my hot note for repairs on Saturday to get the USB port fixed cos of charging issues. I got the port fixed but both sim card slots show no service with my sims in them. What can I do please?

Please house, my hot note is taking longer hours to charge. It can get charged from 0%-34% in 3hrs and I know that's not supposed to be so, please guys how do i tackle this problem.

You can try to download "mtk engineering mode" from google then reaf tutorial on how to change your imei, so you can get any imei using "imei analyser" or find a bb imei to insert.
